The Siena apartment for 5 people is located in the Santa Lucia farmhouse (DIVIDED INTO 7 APARTMENTS) in the Crete Senesi near Siena and is an apartment of about 100 square meters, located on the ground floor, consisting of three bedrooms (one double; one with two beds and one single), a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower. Private outdoor gazebo with table and benches located in a private garden. AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms for a FEE according to consumption.

Piccola e accogliente casa di campagna ideale per coppie, su una collina della campagna senese. Edificio in stile toscano in pietra, con una storia secolare. La proprietà è stata comprata e ristrutturata a fine anni '90. Con un ampio giardino con piscina, frutteto, oliveto, vigna e orto, per gli amanti del verde. La piscina è aperta da metà maggio a fine settembre. Non accettiamo animali domestici. Informiamo i nostri ospiti che come host privati non siamo abilitati a fornire colazione.

Mezzomonte farmhouse is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Chianti, only 33 Km from Firenze and 30 from Siena.We are on the top of the hill ,2km of unmade road from the main street SS222 The farmhouse is immersed in a forest of chestnut and pine trees, surrounded by a completely fenced 6000m2 garden. Our apartments are completaly independent including the private space in the garden.

Il Nido - a romantic hearth

Lui non esisteva, è stato ricavato in un angolo della grande casa in cui chissà quante persone della stessa famiglia vivevano. Per questo è diventato il nostro piccolo Nido, la casa da cui partire per scoprire il borgo. Non un piano ma addirittura due, con tanto cotto, legno e colori caldi.
