Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Siena

Very nice property! New, modern, well appointed and extremely clean! We really enjoyed the pool, air conditioning as well as parking facilities.

If you have the chance to stay here, take it. It is, without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed. Photos don’t do it justice. Sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Tuscan countryside, private terrace & beautiful gardens were peaceful and serene. The spa area was a beautiful, the hot tub was cleverly cooled down during the day, and lit up to enjoy a glass of wine in at night. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, spacious, and so thoughtfully equipped - picnic baskets, pasta maker, coffee, water, milk, fruits etc. We had total privacy but hosts were always available if we needed anything. Genuinely attentive, kind people went of their way to make our stay special. Since we travelled by public transport, they kindly offered us lifts. Home cooked true Tuscan food for meals were beyond delicious. They produce their own olive oil, wine, honey, cheese, and more. Though not included in the price, very reasonable cost. Best meals we had on our trip! We will be back! Thank you

We had a fantastic stay here with our two kids. Cosimo was very responsive and helpful, he helped us arrange car transfers from the Pisa airport and to our next destination in Tuscany. The apartment is beautiful, a great mix of old charm and modern amenities. Bathrooms had great water pressure and rain shower! Beds were super comfortable! He even left us some fresh bread from the bakery and sliced meats. A great host!! Walkable to everything in San Gimignano, but in a quiet, relaxing alley. I loved being close to the walled area so it was easy to get our luggage into the car less town. Tv was nice to watch Netflix. For our son. Beautiful courtyard. Would recommend and stay again!!

Our stay at La Cetina was nothing short of idyllic. The villa is quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were after. It was a short drive from near villages, but we were more than happy spending most of our holiday on-site, by the pool, in the hot tub, or using the BBQ. Mariana was the perfect host - super helpful even before our trip started, and right until the end with giving us tips for our trip back (and even gifted us some of their homemade honey). On homemade produce: the wines and olive oil that they offer on site are absolutely delicious. We would definitely go back. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the village is a special find. The apartment had everything we needed, Giulia& her family made us feel very welcome and were on hand for anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place, a slice of paradise in the heart of Italy. Alessandra and Auro are two exceptional people, super available and ready to accommodate any of our requests. We stayed in the entire property (main villa + 3 apartments) to celebrate my 30 years and I can only say that, thanks also to the fantastic location and the heart with which Alessandra and Auro welcomed me, it will be an experience that I will always carry in my heart. Anna and Marco have been the most gracious hosts, it felt like being with family friends. One cannot overstate how well positioned this beautiful house is and how beautiful the view over Siena and over the surrounding hills is. It was a mere 15 minutes walk to the city centre, though the house felt like a country side agriturismo with its large grounds and olive trees and gates. We had the most interesting guided city tour with Anna's daughter Claudia, a very knowledgeable art historian with close ties to the city. Even the teenagers liked it. Thanks to Anna, we discovered the most wonderful shop and the best pasticcheria. We hope to come back for a palio race! Thank you, Anna, Mario & Claudia

Incredible spectacular place one step away from the beautiful

We stayed during the New Year's period. The farm is immersed in the Tuscan hills, perfect for a relaxing getaway and well-being/tranquility. There are few services nearby but the area is a great compromise for those who want to escape from the routine and at the same time visit the most beautiful areas of Tuscany (Montalcino, Valle D'orcia...). The property is in typical Tuscan stone style. The apartment we stayed in was suitable for our needs, with nice furnishings (simple but pleasant) and equipped with everything you need. We greatly appreciated the friendliness and attention that the owners gave us upon arrival and during the stay, making themselves available for everything. This attention to detail emerged on several occasions (for example the welcome basket with the oil produced by them, very good). Outside there is a sauna and a heated tub, it was a dream experience: hills, wine, lanterns, aperitif, brazier...

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not an inconvenience. Not much time at night.

my partner and I decided to stay in this fairytale structure for May 1st. Located in a historic building in Castiglion Florentino (a much nicer village than we expected, since the our goal was in 20-30 minutes) the room was really enchanting, large and furnished with care... huge hot tub... and then the sauna in the room was truly a plus... available mini fridge with brioche muffin jams and other sweets...finally I vote 10 for the kindness and care of Fabiana who together with her husband accompanied us from the parking lot to the structure describing everything with passion and accuracy...bottle of welcome prosecco offered on arrival... what to say...thank you 🙂👋

Rustic Feel, Modern Vibes. Tranquil setting on a hilltop town in a dream world. I just stayed one night passing through but the sauna was sweeeet. There is also a beautiful church down the road I highly recommend checking out. Was really Powerful!!! Parking can be a bit tricky but if you are looking for a rustic Italian vibe this would be it!

We spent a few days in Laura and her husband's apartment. We really enjoyed it! Everything was sparkling clean and the private wellness was great. Our young children also liked it very much. The enormous hospitality, the daily fresh breakfast, the stay, the nice garden, the beautiful view and the beautiful surroundings make this a highlight of our holiday. An absolute must!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

Rocca Prataia is a very special place! Great for families with children and dogs. Also a bit adventurous because in the evening there were always wild boars and other wild animals in the area. For us, it was super exciting, but you have to like it. The pool is great and children can keep themselves busy on the grounds all day. Be sure to pack mosquito repellent. We liked the vacation very much and we will definitely come back :) Thanks Anja!

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The house matches the description very well and is perfectly equipped. Consuelo was super responsive and helpful and even brought us some olive oil and lettuce from the farm ☺️

Overall the location and charm of the property were stunning. Spacious bedrooms and living areas (beware uneven flooring, to be expected in an old farmhouse, my elderly father struggled). NOTE: we have not been asked for a cash deposit with Airbnb before and were surprised when a man came about 3 hours after we arrived to collect €400 cash. He spoke no English and used his phone to call someone who could speak to me. The host had not said he would be coming, or who he was. I contacted Airbnb support who said I could pay through the resolution centre. As others mentioned, there were no oil, salt, pepper etc, although a few dishwasher tablets. The jacuzzi and sauna work with tokens for €8 each. Didn’t use so not sure how long you get. BUT, this is a stunning property with unbeatable views in the heart of Tuscany, tucked away on a hillside down a gravel track. Would definitely book again. Pool is pristine, towels spotless, beds comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house of David! The interior inside the house is really lovely and well choosen :-) the house is perfectly for a couple who wants to enjoy the silents and nature, total privacy is a real fact here. Mega plus is the pool that is big enough for swimming. Super easy check-in/check-out.

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.

We stayed at the beautiful resort "Casa Conti di Sotto" and the experience was really beautiful. The beauty of the surrounding environment is simply enchanting. Our stay was very pleasant and the kids had so much fun in the pools and playgrounds. The staff was very kind and helpful. We'd book it again right away!
