Uno degli appartamenti ricavati dalla ristrutturazione del bellissimo podere Selvoli, nella splendida Val d'Orcia, dista solo 5 km sia da Pienza che da Bagno Vignoni. Questo mini appartamento è stato veramente una scuola, fino alla fine degli anni 60 i figli dei mezzadri che abitavano a Selvoli e nei poderi vicini frequentavano le scuole elementari qua; la maestra scendeva a piedi da Pienza, i bambini dei poderi vicini la raggiungevano lungo la strada bianca e arrivavano a scuola a Selvoli.
