You must have a car to reach me and, since I am in a central location, to reach many beautiful nearby towns a few kilometers away, such as: Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi... and others.

One of the apartments obtained from the renovation of the beautiful Selvoli farm, in the beautiful Val d 'Orcia, is only 5 km from both Pienza and Bagno Vignoni. This mini apartment was truly a school. Until the end of the 1960s, the children of the sharecroppers who lived in Selvoli and on the nearby farms attended elementary school here. The teacher walked down from Pienza, and the children from the nearby farms joined her along the dirt road and arrived at the school in Selvoli.

On the private terrace, there is a Jacuzzi.
