Tiny house holiday rentals in Province of South Sardinia

We stayed 4 nights at Stefano’s place, but wish we had booked for 8 or 10‼️. The position of the bungalows is amazing with a 15 to 20 metre walk down a sandy path onto a very private part of an amazing beach with beautiful clear water and clean white sand. There are 2 little supermarkets 5 minutes and 10 minutes walk (mainly along the beach) or you could drive to them in 2 or 3 minutes. Both are well stocked, as is the kitchen, which though small has every appliance you could wish for to cook with. There is an outside verandah (separate for both bungalows) which we ate on every night, enjoying the view over the beach whilst the sun went down. There is a generous communal area in front of the bungalows with deck chairs, sun lounges and umbrellas, which can also be taken down to the beach Additionally, there are paddle boards and a kayak you can also use The house was immaculately clean and Stefano was great with communication and with recommendations re restaurants and things to do. Edoardo's mini house is immersed in nature, we always slept late to enjoy the cool and quiet of the night. Perfect location 5 min from the center of Carloforte. Great solution for a couple of days of beautiful sea without stress!!

Practically new house with everything you need for a nice stay. Secluded location in the countryside for those who love silence, tranquility, nature. Beaches can be reached in minutes by car. Farm and restaurants nearby. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and the experience was really great. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and perfectly clean, much more than the photos on the site let us imagine (we particularly enjoyed the terrace and the barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the evening). The house is in an ideal location for those seeking tranquility, but at the same time very close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, The owner was always available and kind, ready to respond to any need. I absolutely recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, relaxation and beauty in one of the most fascinating areas of Sardinia!

The houseboat is at the end of the harbor and is easy to find with Domenico's instructions. It offers enough space for two people and is equipped with everything you need. No noise from surrounding boats. All in all, a nice stay at the harbor with fabulous views and cozy ambiance in and on the boat. Thank you!

A great accommodation in the middle of nature with views of the mountains and sea. Everything is exactly as shown. You have everything you need and can spend the whole day outside. There are many places to spend time on the property. Wonderful and secluded coves are within walking distance. A clear recommendation for all who love nature!

We had a nice stay. Staying on a boat is a nice experience. I recommend this place. And the rooftop is a perfect place for a sunset.

Our stay at Andrea's place was great. He was very nice and helped us quickly with every matter. The accommodation is very close to the beach and not far from beautiful beaches and the city by car. We didn't miss anything and can recommend the accommodation.
