TheVilla Holiday is a beautiful villa with a private entrance in Silvi, in the province of Teramo in Abruzzo. Composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, and a laundry room. Wonderful view of the coast and also the mountains. A beautiful garden is for exclusive use like every area and also includes a swimming pool, relaxation area and children's games. We are a 5-minute drive from Silvi Marina, 10 minutes from the A14 highway and 20 minutes from Pescara.

We are renovating the porch outside, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Located near the entrance to the highway, allowing you to reach the sea and mountains in a short time. Close to the veterinary university. The apartment is on the ground floor. At the entrance there is a spacious living room with TV, sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4 burners and fridge!Two bedrooms, one double and one with a 1.5-size bed. In the courtyard there is a security camera.
