Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Teramo

We could not choose a better place - if you are looking for an apartment in Pineto that is close to the center and near the sea, this is the perfect accommodation!

We stayed in shoulder season so the town was quiet and not a lot of action. But we loved the place being right across the street from the beach. And it was clean and comfortable. Only thing we recommend is the host investing in better pillows for guests. Otherwise a great spot in a quiet beach centred community.

I stayed at Morena's place 10 days in August with my family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation and my three-year-old also felt at home. Morena is a wonderful person, very helpful. I recommend this solution to those who use this solution, especially if you want to experience the sea, which is a stone's throw away. The apartment is spacious, COOL, with everything you need to make the most of a beach stay! As a former Rosetana, I know that the town becomes susceptible to parking, but the building was equipped not only with many free parking spaces, but also an underground parking space in the garage! The accommodation has a great pizzeria nearby, as well as a very cool location surrounded by greenery that makes crazy ROASTS 🤤 The beach is accessible via a pedestrian shortcut (150cm high) located a building passing through the railway, otherwise a few crossings further on there is a comfortable underpass that can also be crossed by car (but I suggest that you ride Roseto by bike in summer especially if you really want to enjoy it😁). thank you Nunzia for your hospitality and availability... see you next time! 🌞

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. It is very close to the sea. We missed few things, and Sandra organised all perfect. We are thankfull to Sandra for her helpfulness and intelegent. One thing I could mention is that the apartment is close to the main street, the morning silence was missing. But this place guaranteed that the sea is close, shops and restaurants are nearby. The impressions are good, especialy for Sandra. I recommend to stay there

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

My stay was very quiet in Domenico's house, a very comfortable and polite house, exceeded my expectations.

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). Special house, spacious and 2 steps from the sea, large garden (there are not many garden houses in this area) with the possibility of organizing grills. Hosts who are friendly and helpful, recommended ;)

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Positive overall stay. The house matches the description, is clean and in a good location. There were three of us (two adults and a child) and the sofa would have accommodated the third person. However, upon our arrival we did not find the sheets or a suitable pillow for the sofa bed, but only the classic decorative pillows. It would have been useful to find everything already prepared or at least easily accessible. Otherwise, everything went well. Thank you!
