3 day vacation with 2 medium-sized dogs in tow. A house with a large park and annexes. All fenced with a gate to enter along the tree-lined boulevard that leads to the Masseria. All privately owned. our 4-legged friends enjoyed as much as possible (unfortunately the weather was not favorable) of the green present. Francesca was kind, helpful giving us useful information and tips on local attractions, restaurants and services as well as on the spectacularities that nature offered to her visitors. We had a great time. We were able to use the fireplace to heat the environment by giving a further detail of living the house. We are already planning a future vacation..... to do maybe in spring/summer when the weather will be more favorable.

Daniele and Sandra are a young couple who, despite having only recently started their hosting business, have proven to be at the level of those who already have experience. They were as professional in their punctuality and precision in their answers as they were kind in providing information and suggestions, and they were available for dialogue and present but without any intrusion. It was a pleasure to chat and discover similarities in our thinking. Living in the house, unexpectedly even more beautiful than in the photos, was comfortable in every respect, also thanks to the presence of a sweet cat that welcomed us when the rest of the family was absent. A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

We stayed at Maria Cristina's villa with our family (6 adults and 2 boys). Ample indoor and outdoor living spaces that allow you to relax in perfect comfort. The house is equipped with every comfort, nothing is missing! The villa enjoys a great view from the terraces and a large outdoor property where it seems to be in a very relaxing farm. The house is 10 minutes by car from the sea and supermarkets, but it's worth it! Helpful host and excellent communication. Recommended!

Great experience totally relaxed. The house has everything you need and Martina is accurate in extraordinary details. The house also has a beautiful garden with olive groves and a beautiful barbecue. Great location even for our 4-legged friends!

It was just a perfect stay! The house is huge and in a great location. For my tribe finally reunited with 4 scrambled children it was a holiday of absolute freedom. After the morning at the sea, for them there was the afternoon in the pool under the olive trees: very happy! I enjoyed the sunrises on the sea and the evening breeze from the balconies that revolve around the house. There is even a bathroom with balcony overlooking the back. With the French door wide open, it felt like a shower in the trees. Antonello is a welcoming and helpful host and made us feel comfortable. A small internet connection issue was resolved immediately. Carmine, the person who follows the olive groves, was also very kind and generous to us: he brought us the tool to cook the Abruzzo roasts and gave us wine. Thank you for all the attention and great oil!

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

A wonderful villa surrounded by greenery . Everything is as described. Leonardo and Vincenzo are very friendly and helpful . Nothing was missing. We had a great time .

A house made for people with a strong desire to be remotely situated yet close to the sea. The house is very comfortable and the hosts are very helpful ! I would recommend if you are looking for a place with a view The Outdoor space is a real asset. We enjoyed it for brunch during the cool winter.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

the location is fantastic, a villa immersed in the greenery of the Pescaresi countryside! It is a fairytale place ideal for parties or to stay with groups of friends or families! The place is beautiful , clean , big, big. Well equipped. The location is excellent ,there is a supermarket around and shops to buy groceries , the sea is close by, and also there are villages nearby to hike. The pool and the entire garden are well maintained. We were 7 adults and each had privacy and space.

We had a truly wonderful stay—this place was everything we hoped for and more. Peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for families. It was spotless, thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and ideal for the kids to feel at home. We’re grateful for the experience and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Lovely place, found by chance and was exactly what I was looking for after walking the path of the great stone. Large common living room, kitchen available, large garden with tables, chairs, and city views. I loved the organic pool with a jacuzzi, Omar was super friendly and available at all times of the day. 10 minutes walk to go downtown. I'll definitely be back, an oasis of peace.

Beautiful house in the calm in the middle of the olive groves, a location maybe a little complicated to find but after one gets used to it. Very clean pool every 2 days, light treatment. Thank you Paolo😁.

We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.

We (2 adults, 2 kids) had two great weeks here end July. Even if the description looked like the entire house was for rent, and not just a flat in a semidetached house, it still was very convenient place to be and we didn't miss anything. Really nice and helpful owner who picked us up and also provided a lot of hints. About 15 - 20 min. driving distance to the beaches and about 5 - 10 min. to food shops and super markets or the nearby fashion outlet, means car is required for everything. However beautiful view on hills and sea in a very quiet and green area. Fresh linen and towels have been provided after first week, that was nice. Not cheap but given high season, the very convenient infrastructure (shops, food) and how well the place is kept, the price is absolutely ok. We would come again.

We had a great time at Ivan's house. Our Doberman especially enjoyed the spacious and fully fenced backyard. The hosts were friendly and the house was clean and comfortable. Would gladly stay there again.

Everything went well. Nice houses and calm enviroment. Lovely to have pool and tennis court.
