Giada is a very good host, even a second sun lounger, bathrobes and more towels were brought to us. The location right on the beach is fantastic, we were able to sit on the balcony with sea views every day and enjoy the view as well as fantastic sunrises. Gabriele welcomed us into his little apartment for seven days: we are a family of three people and, although I consider it ideal for two, we had no space problems. A stone's throw from the sea, a quiet area, in a few words the cure-all for those who need rest and relaxation. staying at Villa Rosa da Emidio was like feeling at home, apartment with a panoramic terrace that allows you to see the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets without going down, sea view (and effort to go to the beach if you do it very little given the extreme proximity). The apartment is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, the terrace has 3 tables to enjoy breakfasts, lunches or dinners under a beautiful gazebo, deck chairs for the lazy... in short, really wonderful... only flaw? lasted too little... we will definitely return

Marina was very accommodating and friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. The tip with the bike rental around the corner was valuable, so we could explore the area by bike. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price for the bikes (low season). We will be happy to come back.

A modern and very clean apartment with all the conveniences, quiet neighbourhood, great views from the terrace, easy parking, very helpful attendant and located about 10 min drive from a nice beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for those looking for an active holiday combined with some work.

I booked this property, but my family stayed there and they were satisfied with the space in apartment, there was no Wi-fi conection which I recomend to install it and it will complete this property.

We had a fantastic stay for one month. So nice to be on the beach and access to everything within walking distance. Lots of lovely restaurants, market on Thursdays and grocery stores close by. We walked the beach for miles and were able to explore smaller towns by train. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our longer stay. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer to the sea on foot, but we liked to walk, we could rent bikes. Great place for trips to the mountains in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to return in the future.

I stayed for 4 days in this fantastic apartment, clean, equipped with all amenities, personal parking space, close to the square and shops, very intimate and romantic for a couple! Upstairs, there is another slightly larger apartment ideal for families, very nice and cozy! Vilma was very nice, helpful, sociable and made me feel at home, she welcomed me with some very good typical sweets! I'll definitely be back! Super recommended!!

We had a very good time, convenient location, Lorenzo and Adriana are wonderful people. The house is clean and well-stocked with the possibility of barbecue. We'll be back!

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

Very clean apartment and equipped with all the essentials, including breakfast. The beach is easily accessible on foot. Dora welcomed us in person and was very kind and helpful.

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Beautiful apartment facing the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. The terrace is lovely with a great view.

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... We spent a very pleasant week in Michele's apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is also very pleasant and organized. Michele was always very helpful in recommending us and also in welcoming us! If we go back to the area, we know where to go! Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.
