Villa holiday rentals in Province of Teramo

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa grande e fresca. Zona molto tranquilla con l'orto davanti che ha donato un' atmosfera campagnola, proprio come desiderato. Lorena e sua sorella sono state gentilissime nel fornirci ogni tipo di indicazione per i luoghi nei dintorni. Consiglio assolutamente. Da ritornare. Vacanza top

Vacanza di 3 giorni con al seguito 2 cani di media taglia. Una casa con ampio parco ed annessi. Tutto recintato con cancello per entrare lungo il viale alberato che porta alla Masseria. Tutto di proprietà privata. i nostri amici a 4 zampe hanno goduto per quanto a loro possibile (purtroppo il meteo non è stato favorevole) del verde presente. Francesca è stata gentile, disponibile dandoci informazioni utili e consigli sulle attrazioni locali, sui ristoranti e sui servizi nonché sulle spettacolarità che la natura offriva ai suoi visitatori. Siamo stati molto bene. Abbiamo potuto usufruire del camino per riscaldare l'ambiente dando un ulteriore dettaglio nel vivere la casa. Stiamo già organizzando una futura vacanza.....da fare magari in primavera/estate quando il meteo sarà più favorevole.

Daniele e Sandra sono una giovane coppia che pur avendo iniziato solo di recente l'attività di host ha dimostrato di essere al livello di chi ha già esperienza. Tanto professionali per la puntualità e precisione nelle risposte quanto gentili nel fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti, si sono mostrati disponibili al dialogo e presenti ma senza alcuna invadenza. E' stato piacevole chiacchierare e scoprire affinità di pensiero. Vivere la casa, inaspattatamente ancor più bella che in foto, è stato confortevole sotto ogni aspetto, anche grazie alla presenza di una gatta dolcissima che ci accoglieva quando il resto della famiglia era assente. Grazie e arrivederci!

A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa di Maria Cristina con la nostra famiglia (6 adulti e 2 ragazzi). Ampi vivere interni ed esterni che permettono di stare in perfetto relax. La casa è provvista di ogni confort, non manca nulla! La villa gode di ottima vista dai terrazzi e di un ampia proprietà esterna dove sembra di essere in un agriturismo, molto rilassante. L'abitazione dista 10 minuti di macchina dal mare e dai supermercati, ma ne vale la pena! Host disponibile ed ottima comunicazione. Consigliato!

Ottima esperienza di totale relax. La casa ha tutto il necessario e Martina ha un'accuratezza nei dettagli straordinaria. La casa ha anche un giardino bellissimo con uliveti e un bellissimo barbecue. Ottima location anche per i nostri amici a 4 zampe!

È stato un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto ! La casa è enorme e in una posizione splendida. Per la mia tribù finalmente riunita con 4 bambini scalmanati è stata una vacanza di libertà assoluta. Dopo la mattina al mare, per loro c’era il pomeriggio in piscina sotto gli ulivi: felicissimi! Io mi sono goduta le albe sul mare e la brezza della sera dai balconi che girano tutt’intorno alla casa. C’è persino un bagno con balcone che affaccia sul retro. Con la porta-finestra spalancata, sembrava di fare una doccia fra gli alberi. Antonello è un host accogliente e disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a nostro agio. Un piccolo problema di connessione a internet è stato risolto immediatamente. Anche Carmine, la persona che segue gli uliveti, è stato gentilissimo e generoso con noi: ci ha portato l’ attrezzo per cuocere gli arrosticini abruzzesi e ci ha regalato del vino. Grazie per tutte le attenzioni e ottimo il vostro olio!

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa, con gli amici per trascorrere il capodanno. Gli spazi sono estremamente confortevoli, c’è tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno per vivere in gruppo. Impagabile la vista dal bellissimo patio panoramico tra mari e monti. La zona living con il camino a disposizione e la grande cucina hanno reso il nostro soggiorno come lo avevamo immaginato. Marco ed il suo papà Nino, sono sempre stati a disposizione per aiutarci e risolvere eventuali problematiche di normale amministrazione, con pazienza e gentilezza. Consiglio vivamente di trascorrere un soggiorno qui anche in estate. Nei dintorni e’possibile visitare dei deliziosi borghi come Colonnella dove vale la pena provare un pranzo o una cena presso l’osteria P’chior.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

la location è fantastica, una villa immersa nel verde delle campagne Pescaresi! è un posto da favola ideale per feste o per soggiornare con gruppi di amici o famiglie! Iryna è una persona fantastica, gentile e attenta mettere a proprio agio l'ospite! non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! grazie di tutto

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Posto incantevole, trovato per caso ed è stato esattamente ciò che cercavo dopo aver percorso il cammino del gran sasso. Ampio salone comune, cucina disponibile, grande giardino con tavoli sedie e vista sulla città. Ho amato la bio piscina con tanto di idromassaggio, Omar è stato super cordiale e disponibile in tutti i momenti della giornata. 10 minuti a piedi per andare in centro. Tornerò sicuramente, oasi di pace.

Bellissima casa nel calmo in mezzo ai campi di uliveti, posizione forse un po complicata a trovare ma dopo uno si abitua. Piscina pulitissima ogni 2 giorni trattamento leggero. Grazie Paolo😁.

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! We (2 adults, 2 kids) had two great weeks here end July. Even if the description looked like the entire house was for rent, and not just a flat in a semidetached house, it still was very convenient place to be and we didn't miss anything. Really nice and helpful owner who picked us up and also provided a lot of hints. About 15 - 20 min. driving distance to the beaches and about 5 - 10 min. to food shops and super markets or the nearby fashion outlet, means car is required for everything. However beautiful view on hills and sea in a very quiet and green area. Fresh linen and towels have been provided after first week, that was nice. Not cheap but given high season, the very convenient infrastructure (shops, food) and how well the place is kept, the price is absolutely ok. We would come again.

Everything went well. Nice houses and calm enviroment. Lovely to have pool and tennis court.
