Walking along the characteristic Vicolo del Gallo, you reach a secluded and quiet courtyard surrounded by ancient houses from the 1600s. On the first floor with a separate entrance, a fully private two-room apartment with a kitchenette, consisting of a double bedroom and separate living area, furnished with two sofas that can be converted into comfortable beds, balcony overlooking the river.

Vi offriamo, in zona riservata della casa, due camere adiacenti molto spaziose di 16 mq ciascuna, con bagno moderno ad uso esclusivo di fronte alle camere. Il bagno è nuovo e dotato di una grande doccia walk-in. Entrambe le camere hanno accesso privato a un balcone attrezzato con tavolini e sdraio, con vista sul giardino e sulle montagne. Nelle camere sono disponibili un tavolino per la colazione o scrivania, un bollitore e la possibilità di aggiungere un lettino per bambini.

Central location for the services offered by the neighborhood: parking, bus stop, bars, restaurants and various shops.

Individually decorated with a predominance of luminous hues, reflecting the colours of the lake, the 24 sq m double room is full of light throughout the day due to its excellent exposure. Situated on the ground floor, in a corner position, Erbaluce offers direct access on two sides to a semi-private patio and the garden. There are magnificent view of Angera castle on the far side. The room features an en suite bathroom with a large double shower.

The room on the first floor is entirely covered in wood and has a private bathroom. The room leads to the veranda, which offers a view of the stone roofs of the village. The ceiling of the room is about 2.10 meters high, so it may not be suitable for very tall people (from 1.87 meters up).
