It was a really beautiful place right next to the Lake. Giulia have us great recommendations and Always answered really quickly. There ia a Restaurant right under it, but it was Always pretty quiet anyway.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Maggiore – despite the mixed weather! Almost continuous rain did not stop us from enjoying our stay in Monica's fantastic apartment to the fullest. The place offers real luxury and comfort: the kitchen is perfectly equipped (including juicer, wok, small olive bowls and much more), so we could ideally use the bad weather to cook extensively. It was also particularly nice to read comfortably in front of the fireplace or watch the rain on the balcony by the courtyard. Cannobio is a charming little town – the weekly market on Sunday and Thursday are highly recommended! Monica was an amazing host: incredibly friendly, open and always helpful. Our culinary recommendation: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (a bit more expensive, but really delicious)! We will definitely be back in summer, looking forward to a hike to Monte Giove and a boat tour

Had a wonderful stay at the place! Everything was exactly as stated in the description – if not better. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with restaurants and shopping. I would especially like to highlight the host, who is very friendly, helpful and always available for questions or concerns. You can immediately tell that a lot of heart and attention to detail has gone into this work. I felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a pleasant, stress-free accommodation!

La Finestra sul Lago is a super apartment in a great location within Baveno. The house is finished to a high standard and the equipment provided is in very good condition. The location overlooking the embarkation point and Lake Maggiore in general means constant activity with boats going to and fro as well as a beautiful outlook. Being on the third floor, there is an appropriate level of detachment which creates a peaceful ambience. Paola met us in person on arrival and took time to give us suggestions for local cafes and restaurants, the best of which was Ristorante Italia on Isola dei Pescatori: dinner was made even better by the fact that the restaurant’s boat collected us from and returned us to Baveno. An excellent apartment and a very friendly and helpful host. We wouldn’t hesitate to re-book if visiting the area again.

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. We stayed 7 nights and loved everything. The apartment is right on Piazza Motta where there were cafes, resturants and incredible people watching. Philippa was a perfect host. Helped with instructions to the the apartment from the train station and helped order a taxi when we checked out. There is a wonderful manual in the apartment that has all information, great hikes in the area, things to do, day trips and much more. There are cafes and resturants right below the apartment to have morning coffee and an afternoon Apertie. We loved how peaceful our time was at Lake Orta. Highly recommend. Michelle & Brian

A great base for exploring Lake Maggiore. Really good sized house with two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. The house was very close to either a public or private beach. Five minute walk to the Baveno town – and with easy access to the wider Maggiore area via the train station/ferry. Carlo was a perfect host – with friendly, clear communication as well as recommendations for the local area. Grazie Carlo!

Omg! The Location is unbelievable! You step down onto your terrace, that is a lookout (hundreds years old tower) over the lake. Looking West at the sunset. Unbelievable! This location is 5 stars! The house is equipped for big parties and young people of all ages with children maybe, so much fun! Beach entrance right there. For my 82 year old parents it was challenging because The mattresses in the master bedroom are very firm, as is common for Italy. And the seating around the amazing dinner table is very hard and spartan. I would be back anytime! But not with older travelers, that are used to cushioned comfort! Maria, Giulia and Alessio, you are the best! What a heavenly place! Thank you so much for making this available to travelers. This is an Italian experience at its best!

Andrea, a nice and committed host with a clean and nicely decorated place right on the lake. There were two of us staying here for 4 nights and there were no problems. The location is more than great, absolutely directly on the lake with swimming including sun terrace.

Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartment. The small balcony and especially the small, enclosed single garage for our motorcycles were again extra plus points. The Communication with Edoardo was very good and completely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Daniela's place. The location is top; very central and really has little distance from the lake. Parking was a bit difficult because the accommodation is located in a small alley, so you have to switch to one of the public parking spaces. But Daniela gave us information very quickly here and was able to help us further. The Airbnb was as in the photos clean, tidy and more than spacious for the four of us girls. Towels, slippers and even toothbrushes were provided. The only thing that bothered us a little was the rather loud bell ringing in the morning. Also, the shower in the lower bathroom could use a little more pressure. But otherwise we were really very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation 👍🏻

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

A lovingly renovated house with first-class amenities and a fantastic view of the lake. It is located in a small, quiet place perfect for relaxing stays and from where you can make beautiful excursions to the area. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The hosts are extremely friendly and always helpful – just great. The cleanliness of the house was particularly positive and the small, loving details. I highly recommend this house.

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

We had a great stay at Maria’s place in Laveno. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and centrally located - perfect for exploring the local area on foot or for catching a ferry to explore more of the lake. Maria was a very kind and conscientious host. She supplied us with some great local recommendations and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lake Maggiore!

We spent 7 wonderful weeks in Simone's accommodation. We felt right at home and can highly recommend the apartment. Simone was always available and helpful.

We liked the location of the apartment in the center with short distances to the lake, to restaurants and to shopping. The distance to the (partly free) parking facilities is fine. The friendly and helpful manner when checking in and out was very pleasant. The apartment on 3 levels and additional roof terrace is highly recommended for guests who have no problem with some (sometimes narrow) stairs.

The property is very centrally located. The lake, great restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away. You can explore the surroundings on foot or drive to neighboring towns in a few minutes. We were there with a baby, and that also worked wonderfully in the accommodation. There is an elevator, but it is very small. Therefore, you can either leave the stroller folded in the hallway (or carry it up the few steps and place it in the apartment). Top: modern equipment, air conditioning, washing machine for emergencies, many and large closets, in which you can store everything super and so can fully use the small size of the apartment. The location is really great! If you have difficulties with the garage like we did (Mercedes B Class in relation to the narrow garage was problematic), there are some free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Alessandro and his wife were very nice hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Omegna on the shores of Lake Orta. Roberto kindly collected us from the station and went out of his way to help us settle in. Franco was easy to communicate with and we loved exploring the lake and enjoying the beautiful view. We will definitely be back to this wonderful apartment. Thank you.
