The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

House on the Lake in Bella Italia

La dolce vita. Pasta, vino and your own beach. Private beach with hammock between palm trees. From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view over the lake and the neighboring park. A wonderful house with a great bar in "paddle range" or also in 5 min walk. You can also have food delivered a la carte from the bar to your own garden. We like to be here ourselves, but unfortunately we are not allowed to spend the whole summer here. (Boats for a small fee.

The boxwood of Lake Orta

The residence Il Bosso del Lago d'Orta consists of two apartments, for a maximum of 9 beds. One apartment has a kitchen/dining/living room/bathroom on the ground floor, a double bedroom on the first floor with a sofa bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, with independent access, there is the Attic, with a kitchen, double bed as well as a double sofa bed or alternatively a bunk bed on the lower floor in the anteroom near the bathroom.

Villa Darsena is a spacious 4 bedroom lakeside villa. Situated on the lakeside in the charming town of Lesa on Lake Maggiore, it enjoys direct lake access. It's ideal for those looking to holiday with their boat or who like being out on the water. Canoes and SUP boards are provided for guests enjoyment. It's also great for families with children who can rest easy knowing that there are secure gates leading from the garden to the lakeside.

The private Casa Alfredo is situated directly on the shore of the Lago Maggiore surrounded by a gorgeous garden. The breathtaking view on the lake enchants guests right from the start. The spacious apartment "Beach" on the ground floor is available for rent. The garden offers many opportunities to sit or lay down, play and enjoy. The house has been completely renovated in 2010 and is set up in a very comfortable and modern way.

In an old farmhouse completely renovated, “la casa di pietra” is a magnificent place to relax and enjoy nature, free on three sides with a large garden shared with us. Ground floor living room with table and two large sofa beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and small appliances. First floor with large bedroom and bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private parking unguarded.

Villa Lago Maggiore is a 3 bedroom lakeside villa in the charming lakeside village of Lesa. It enjoys direct lake access and has a private pontoon for mooring a boat. A canoe and SUP board are also provided for guests' enjoyment. It's a short walk from the villa to a number of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also tennis courts and a swimming pool within a few minutes walk.
