Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Il B&B sorge in una zona rurale delle colline orvietane e dista 15km dal centro di Orvieto; precisamente sulla strada statale Umbro Casertinese - località Biagio - che da Orvieto conduce a Montefiascone. È il tipico casolare in tufo, risalente al sedicesimo secolo le cui pietre sono state estratte dalla collina che lo circonda e lo protegge. Completamente ristrutturato nel 2009, dispone di tre camere ad uso foresteria, graziosamente arredate con bagno privato.

Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
