Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Viterbo

We had a fabulous short stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to the lake. Dragos was helpful and quick to respond to queries. The only disappointment was that there is a wonderful view from the terrace of the lake, but it is not possible to use it. We did ask, but apparently not.

Accommodated in 4 (2 adults and 2 girls). The little house is the ideal retreat to discover the fairytale village without haste, chatting with the locals. Fresh without the need to turn on the air conditioner despite the hot days, very well furnished, clean and functional. Francesco is always available, provides punctual directions and is a very fair and kind person. We'll be back to explore the surroundings:)

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Very nice place. Quiet, beautiful, very well equipped, Wije the caretaker was very kind and helpful. Lots to see and do an easy drive away.

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

Apartment as described, private parking space inside an electric gate, double bathroom, comfortable bed, we stayed for just over a week and had a good time. The most positive note, however, is the host, Giuseppe was very quick to respond, also super helpful and kind. I highly recommend it!

We were happy to start the days for breakfast all together in the large common room, equipped with all the comforts, namely kitchen , sofas, and wonderful views on each side of the Umbrian countryside. The lavender bushes, the pomegranate trees, the flowers around your liking: a natural environment ideal for relaxing and staying with friends! Awesome! And then we had the opportunity to visit the beautiful historic center of Todi not far away and reach other villages in a short time. A unique experience to recommend and repeat. Lucia

Comfortable, beautiful touches, authentic, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate’s place. Everything we needed was there and more. A much appreciated bottle in the fridge, fuel for the Barbie, you name it. We had a great time.

we spent Christmas in the family just as we had imagined it, comfortable kitchen space for the preparation of lunches and dinners, roasted chestnuts at the fireplace. spacious common spaces, very comfortable and cozy sleeping area for everyone's privacy. 3 night stay appreciated by all of us young and old. Very well-kept outdoor space, our dog was able to roam freely. We'll definitely be back.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

I met wonderful people and I felt right at home. We will definitely be back and there is everything you want nearby including a wonderful lake!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

We stayed for almost a month and we were very happy there. The location is in the atmospheric historical centre and the windows of the property overlook a beautiful garden. You can enjoy Viterbo on foot and in five minutes you are outside the city walls to reach your car. The area is very safe and there is a community feeling. In the house, everything worked properly, the place looked and felt new, and it is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped; the bathroom is spacious and the hairdryer is a proper one (unlike some hotel hair dryers), the little laundry room and toilet are a plus. The mattress was in very good condition and topped with a mattress protector. Additional pillows were available. The wardrobe is spacious, the small TV in the bedroom is a plus and the desk and chair make for a useful workstation. The host Alessia was great and found time to connect with us. Above all, everything was clean and spotless. A superb stay in Viterbo!
