Ethan's place was exactly as advertised, very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was great too, just a short 10 min walk to all the amenities in town. Ethan was very responsive as a host, check-in/check-out was a breeze. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Ptown.

We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s place in Truro. The house was clean, spacious and had a beautiful back yard. After being at the beach or out exploring during the day, at night our kids enjoyed the large open downstairs/basement with the air hockey, ping pong, and tv. We loved the proximity to Provincetown and Wellfleet and all of the beautiful beaches in this area. We would definitely stay here again!

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

A beautiful old house with all the modern amenities, on a dead-end road in a quiet area, but easy access by car to Provincetown restaurants , grocery store, galleries, etc, plus ocean side and bay side beaches, National Seashore woods and ponds - everything we love the Cape for. Furnished with very comfortable beds and beautiful antiques. We were there over Thanksgiving, so the fireplace was great - very easy to light a fire and maintain it. (Buy wood at the Stop & Shop in P-town.) Very well-equipped kitchen - easy for the whole family to pitch in on cooking a full turkey dinner. In the summer, the huge screened-in area would be delightful. Maria is super, super-responsive. Met her brother too, who grew up sleeping in the downstairs bedroom.

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

What can my wife and I say about Jo Leal and John and their sweet carriage house. Every detail in the house showed such care, such attention, and such beauty. Nothing could have prepared us for the experience of spending time in this charming house , and more notably, nothing could have prepared us for the wonderful experience we shared with Jo Leal and John. We so look forward to our next visit and the continuation of this experience.

My family of five had a great time. The layout of the home was perfect for our needs, and offered an easy walk to the private beach.

We stayed at Rob's place for a few days for New Year's Eve and it was great. The house was very comfortable for a few couples to hang out, cook some meals and enjoy the beautiful views. At low tide you can walk from the house down to the marsh and follow some rough trails or walk a little further to Lt. Island for some sandy beach. The wood stove made it great winter haven, to sit by the fire and enjoy the views of the tides rolling in and out. The architecture of the house is also interesting and reminiscent of other Wellfleet modernist homes.

If i could give more than 5 starts I would! Stephanie and her place were exceptional! We had a bachelorette party and we stayed at Stephanie’s place. Stephanie went out of her way to help me decorate for the bachelorette party. She was very responsive and so helpful throughout my planning. The house is amazing! Looks exactly like the photos and it is clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There 11 of us and we fit comfortably! Thank you so much for hosting us Stephanie and to anyone booking I would 100% recommend staying here!

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

This house was very clean and adorable. The hosts were very responsive. There was what i believed to be a significant issue on the part of airb&b. They had the wrong adress listed for the house. Again this was not the hosts fault. It was listed as a house in Plymouth but was actually in Bourne, which I was very upset about after driving around for an hour and literally alomost trying to get into a strangers house at night in the dark. Airb&b refused to do anything for me to make this right and blamed it on google maps which is laughable. So for the house and the hosts (residentually) I give 5 stars. For airb&b I give 0 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained. It fit our group of 6 well and had lots of amenities for our baby (pack n play, stroller, baby gates, high chair)! There were beach chairs, beach & bath towels, and linens available which was unique from other places nearby and very helpful as we flew in. The location was great with a couple of stores nearby, several beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating as we navigated our stay. It was a great first trip to Cape Cod & we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend trying Grumpy’s which is within 5 minutes & checking out a whale watching tour!

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

Amy and Julie were wonderful hosts! The home was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 6 night stay. The location was great, just a block from the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. It was the perfect place for us and our Boston Terrier to ring in the new year. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again!

Just wrapped up a great 4-night stay at Stephen’s place. Location was ideal (quietly set back from Bradford St) but easily walkable into town in 5 mins. Really an ideal location. The unit was super clean and served as a perfect home base for a busy, social weekend in Ptown. Also, definitely worth noting that Stephen was VERY responsive and accommodating. Much appreciated!

Such a beautiful place! We loved being by the beach and a little outside of town. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the area. Very comfortable and great location. Brendan was a great host too!

Great location. Full kitchen. We had a great time on the deck people watching and sipping wine. We loved it!

Kellie and David were great! They always made themselves available if we needed anything. The accommodations were also great, clean and plenty of room for two of us plus our small pup. We were visiting friends who have a tiny place nearby; too small to comfortably get together. We enjoyed a few nights having them over for dinner, cards and other games. So nice to entertain at ‘our place’! It was winter and cold weather, so didn’t have a chance to relax on the rear deck overlooking the water, but the sunrise, sunsets and New Year’s Eve fireworks were spectacular, with a no-hassle front row seat! We’ll have to visit again during warmer months. Parking was the only downside; a common dilemma in Ptown, but the house is in such a great location, with so much available within walking distance, simply park and walk to everything: beach, town, shops, food!

Amazing home. Fantastic location. Peaceful and relaxing. One of our favorite vacation stays ever. Never turned the tv on… unusual for me. Hosts really thought of everything and more. Highly recommend if you are visiting Cape COD. 5+ stars.

My wife and I first time visiting cape cod, came across this listing on Airbnb and for the location and price it was definitely worth it. You’re located around everything, parking was easy and everything about the stay was amazing. Whenever we decide to come back we will be booking again.

This was our third stay at Jack’s place. It is consistently perfect; beautifully maintained, well-equipped, great location. The perfect spot for a getaway. Can’t wait to return.

My second trip back, and definitely not my last - just a total gem of a place, and Bob and Giovanni are so friendly and helpful. From my review last year: My new favourite Airbnb! The Montello Cottage is perfect - even better than the pictures. Airy, spacious, clean, with everything you could wish for, including an incredibly well stocked kitchen (with nicer kitchen tools than I have at home!) and even beach towels/chairs/umbrella! Everything is brand new and high quality. The patio is beautiful and even though the location is incredibly central, it's quiet and peaceful. I can't say enough good things about this place. Bob and Giovanni are wonderful - very easy to get in touch with, made sure I had everything I needed, and were very flexible with check in/out times.
