Designed and built by a furniture-maker, “The Porch House” is the larger of two side-by-side dwellings in a two family arts and crafts style house. Tucked away on a private drive and set back away from Bradford St. You'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a 5 min. walk to the gallery district/ 10 min. walk to town center. Up to 4 guests. Pet fee $20/n/pet. Must sign pet agreement. Bookings 2026: MAY - 3n/min. JUNE thru SEPT - 7n/min and only SAT-SAT rentals. OCT. 03 -17 th - 3n/min.

Walking distance to a small private dog friendly beach. Driving distance to many great beaches.

This solar-powered, remodeled, house within a quiet residential association is 2 blocks from Commercial Street (and 3 blocks from the nearest beach). It has deeded parking for 2 cars and a deck running along the front of the house. Inside you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, gas fireplace, central-air, in-unit washer/dryer, and tons of windows. Enjoy the best of both worlds: have your fun at the clubs, bars, and cabarets in town then return to a peaceful courtyard setting at night.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.

Beautiful cottage nestled on a half-acre of waterfront property on Swan Pond. The dock offers direct water access. Available are two kayaks, a canoe and two paddleboards. The kitchen offers beautiful views of the water while you enjoy your morning coffee. Local beaches are just minutes away. Enjoy the hammock, swings, hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pits and cocktails on the deck. Wanderers' Rest is located close to bike trails, boat rentals, movie theaters, restaurants, and bars.

Centrally located in town, only minutes’ walk to commercial street, yet tucked away in quite, gated community. 1,092 Sq. Ft of living space, full size kitchen and open concept living room can accommodate large parties with ease. Two equally spacious bedrooms with vaulted high ceilings and skylight windows will provide ultimate comfort for your stay. One free parking, free in house laundry.

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Tucked off the street for privacy, but still in the very center of town. Well-behaved dogs welcome but no cats please.
