Holiday rentals with beach access in Pudasjärvi

The apartment is just great! Everything was as described and brand-new! An additional plus are the parking garage and the sauna in the bathroom. The communication with Laura was easy and proactive. She sent very helpful instructions upfront. We highly recommend this apartment!

Je mets 5 étoiles parce que je ne peux pas mettre 6 mais ça les vaut largement ! Notre séjour chez Eija a été exceptionnel, elle est très accueillante et son logement est tout simplement fabuleux. La propreté est irréprochable, tout y est pensé et bien pensé. Eija a le soucis de chaque détail pour rendre le séjour de ses hôtes parfait et c’est réussi. Nous voyageons partout dans le monde et nous avons rarement trouvé un endroit comme celui ci. La vue et l’accès sur le lac sont un atout majeur. Nous aurions aimé rester encore et encore.

We spent a lovely week at Meri's place in Oulu. The apartment is absolutely lovely with well appointed kitchen, unique interiors, wonderful sauna (which we enjoyed many times during our stay) and many thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay for Meri's guests. The apartment has a private patio and fenced-in yard. If you like to run or walk there great walkways and trails. There is a grocery store very close-by and also a bus station that makes trips to the city center easy. The bus system in Oulu runs frequently and reliably, so you can enjoy a quiet suburban and private home setting, but at the same time have an easy access to city center restaurants and shops. Meri was very kind and very helpful and answered promptly any questions we had about the location and transportation. The apartment was clean and welcoming and I can highly recommend Meri as a host and we hope to have another stay here. Thank you Meri!

Asunto sijaitsee huippupaikalla Oulun keskustan ja meren äärellä. Näköala asunnosta on kuin maalaus, sitä olisi voinut ihailla pidempäänkin. Kaunis sisustus, rauhallinen tunnelma. Kaikki sujui erittäin hyvin, suosittelemme kohdetta muillekin. Itse mahdollisuuksien mukaan palaamme uudelleen.

Upea asunto ja hyvin varusteltu. Majoittaa ystävällinen ja avulias. Kaikki sujui tosi hyvin.

L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal centro, dal mare e da tutti i servizi. Un piccolo supermercato esattamente di fronte a casa e due più grandi a 5 minuti a piedi. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata, con i principali prodotti sia per cucinare che per l'igiene già a disposizione. Susanna è un'host molto gentile e disponibile; nel suo appartamento ci siamo veramente sentiti come a casa! Speriamo di poter tornare presto a Oulu e di stare ancora in questo appartamento!

Omar was really helpful and accommodated my weird schedule. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very nice and peaceful and had a nice view of the sea. It was very close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Kohde on aivan upea, mökki on moderni ja puhdas. Mökissä upeat näkymät joelle, sielu lepää täällä rauhassa. Kohteen terassilla oli ihana juoda rauhassa aamukahvit ja katsella upeaa näkymää. Hinta-laatu suhde aivan täydellinen ja majoittajana Lilian oli todella ystävällinen, joustava, avulias ja yhteyttä sai nopeasti.

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ilkka hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Das Haus liegt nahe der Straße und ist auch im Winter gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Sauna ist prima, die Betten bequem und das Sofa neu. Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ilkka hat uns Langlaufski und Schneeschuhe günstig organisiert und eine Loipe für uns gespurt, die hinter dem Haus losging. Polarlichter haben wir auch 2x gesehen. Alles war super unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Tilava, viihtyisä ja hyvin varusteltu paikka järven rannalla. Toinen mökki melko lähellä, eikä välissä kovin paljon näköestettä. Kokonaisuutena positiivinen kokemus!

This place is the best to stay with your family amid the beauty of the natural, the owner is very friendly and helpful, I really recommend it

Kari und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Ausbesserungen sind nötig (zB defekte Küchenschublade) jedoch waren die Gastgeber sehr sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gab. Sie haben diese dann auch schnellstmöglich gelöst. Es wäre informativ gewesen, wenn man gewusst hätte, dass der Indoor-Pool nicht beheizt ist. In Finnland vermutlich normal, für uns Deutsche jedoch ungewohnt (besonders im Winter ;-)) Insgesamt empfehle ich die Unterkunft und die netten Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiter. Sicher auch im Sommer wunderschön hier!!! PS:Besonders freundlich fand ich, dass wir bei Polarlichtern in unserem Garten proaktiv "rausgeklingelt" wurden-vielen Dank, das war ein tolles Erlebnis...

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich, wunderschön und direkt am See gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich, modern und mit viel Holz; wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten ist die sehr abgeschiedene Lage; die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Aber mit entsprechender Planung ist auch das kein Problem. Wir haben die ruhige idyllische Lage sehr genossen.

Vuokrasimme Helenan talon perheemme käyttöön jo toista kertaa. Talo on rauhallisella paikalla ja siitä on helppoa liikkua Oulun ympäristössä. Sieltä löytyy täysi keittiövarustus vaativampaankin ruoanlaittoon sekä runsaasti tilaa sisällä sekä ulkoterassilla. Kommunikointi Helenan kanssa sujuu helposti ja nopeasti. Jos matkakohteena on Oulu, parempaa majapaikkaa ei varmasti löydy.

Roomy apartment in great location. Supermarkets nearby. Has large TV, oven and washing machine. Good communication from host.

Upea asunto hyvällä sijainnilla. Lähellä keskustaa ja Hupisaaren puistoja, mutta kuitenkin rauhallinen alue. Valtavan kokoinen (n. 60 m2) ja hyvin varusteltu parveke/terassi on varmasti kesäaikana upea kokemus ja tuo asuntoon oikeasti mahdollisuuden viettää aikaa raittiissa ulkoilmassa. Asunto oli siisti ja toimiva kahden aikuisen käytössä.

Clean and new apartment. It was easy to find and free Parking nearby. Very clear instructions from Johannes. All the needed amenities for studio apartment. Small details like fan, phone charger and drying rack was good addition. For the price there can't be better accomodation.

Erittäin kodikas ja rauhallinen majapaikka. Kirjallisuutta löytyisi puolen elämän tarpeisiin ja lisäksi hieno kokoelma LP-levyjä. Olisimme varmasti viihtyneet pidempäänkin. Hyvät sängyt.
