Mansion holiday rentals in Puerto Vallarta

Spent a week here with the entire family and have To say this was probably the greatest place I have stayed using AirBnB would be an understatement, the photos and description did not do this condo justice. Both the host and Sergio (who met us at check-in) were very friendly and super responsive to even the silliest of questions. :) The unit was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, beach supplies, extra linens, towels, marble floors, amazing quick to cool AC, the sliding door/windows that allow you to open the entire living area to the open air, comfortable outdoor furniture, rooftop pool and gym, outside pools, etc. etc. It was just GREAT!!! The condos proximity to so many great Puerta Vallarta locations (i.e. food in Versailles, everything along the Malecon) was perfect for us! Would definitely choose this place again for our next visit!

This condo was amazing. The view from every open space and most of the bedrooms is breathtaking. The condo was well furnished, extremely clean, and everything worked. Each bedroom not only had it's own bathroom with shower, and it's own heating/ac unit. It looks exactly like the pictures. Being up 23 floors we would have the pelicans fly by right near the deck at eye level. The elevator open right into the condo (how cool) and once you exit on the first floor you got to your right to stairs right to the beach or left to one of the three pools. One pool is 4.5 feet deep, one is 2.5 feet deep, and the third was 1.5 feet deep. We were there with our family and two grandkids (3 and 1) and have the shallow pools for them to play in was amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean and it is a gated area with staff always around so you feel so safe. The ability to walk to the grocery store (which has everything) was a real plus. Kristelle is so responsive and cares about your stay.

We had an absolutely magical stay at this gorgeous villa! Was a perfect fit for four couples, each with own master suite, master bath & private view balcony. This is outdoor living at its finest! Great indoor living room, kitchen and dining room, but we spent our time in outdoor living room taking in that gorgeous view of the ocean, watching whales go by, listening to music and enjoying chefs margaritas and salsa/chips! We stay every year at Villas and this was the best food we had ever had! The presentation was amazing & food was spectacular!! You could tell that the staff took huge pride in this! The staff worked hard to get the pool at the right temperature, get us anything we needed, go above and beyond to help us out, including late checkout, picking us up and taking us to the airport and on and on! The walk is maybe 10 minutes down to the beach. Steep 20 minutes back up. There is a restaurant below where you can pay $10 to sit at chairs on beach, order drinks and eat lunch!

Would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, the house was quiet, host was super communicative and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great.

We had the most amazing time at Luna Azul! There were 10 women and we fit in the house perfectly. Gris and Olga were amazing, so helpful and made delicious drinks and food. The view from house was so nice, beautiful sunsets. The house is in a great neighborhood, we never had to use transportation, an easy walk to the water, restaurants, shops etc. We hope to come back again!

The area was absolutely beautiful. The beach was perfect. The home was beautiful. It was quiet and relaxing and close to town. The cook and cleaner being available daily was very convenient. Santiago helped us look into a few activities and was very helpful. The arrival meal was very appreciated. A few things to consider: The beds are very firm There were no beach chairs to lay out on, we requested them before arrival but did not get them. Pipes are a bit loud and will wake up sleeping people if you flush in the middle of the night. Home is open concept. So expect a few lizard visitors at night in the common areas. It didn’t bother us since they were very high up on the walls. I really wish the living room had more sofa seating to just hang out together at the end of the day but we made do. All things considered we would definitely book this home again. Loved our vacation in Santiago’s home.

We chose Hacienda Tropical as our place to stay for my sister's bachelorette party and it did not disappoint! Luis was always communicative upon confirming our reservation. He would reach out to check in and ensure that we were clear on instructions for arrival or ask if we need anything. While there, he provided several food recommendations, excursion ideas and points of contacts. He shared best transportation options for getting around Puerto Vallarta. My family and friends were simply impressed with Luis response time. He was almost always available to answer our questions. We definitely felt comfortable, and at home while staying at Hacienda Tropical. I was all about the incredible sound system they have going on! I always pack my speaker to play music, however I did not need to use it during this trip. The speakers inside the house were THE BEST!! You will not regret staying here. In total we were 8 females and all had somewhere to sleep comfortably. Thank you Luis & Mark!

If you are considering this Airbnb, stop looking now! You will not be disappointed by booking Villa San Miguel! The views are incredible! We spent hours watching the waves crash on the rocks below, boats coming in and out of Boca de Tamatlan, and numerous marine life: dolphins, sea turtles, pelicans, birds, and iguanas. Our stay was so relaxing and just what we needed to host our top clients! The team that the owners have assembled to care for you at Villa San Miguel are also top notch: Vicky the housecleaner, Luis the chef, Rogelio that taxi driver, and Eleazer the fisherman. We hope to be back next year!

This is a premier location! The view is stunning and having the heated attached infinity pool made our trip so memorable. The location is very walkable to the beach and activities in town. The place was very well kept and lived up to all the photos. Each room was very spacious and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly!

We loved the place and Leo was always available. The house is beautiful. We loved the open window concept. It is a house for those that can climb stairs. At first we were tired but we got used to it right away and didn’t feel any difference. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is inside a very secluded and well guarded villa. The house is absolutely gorgeous with spacious private bathrooms and daily cleaning, which was one of my favorite amenities. The hosts are responsive, friendly and welcoming. Additionally, they are available for any questions or concerns about the house. The house keeper was perfect. I recommend the house and hope to make our way back. We were a family of 8 and it was perfect.

We loved our stay!Exactly as described. We had a 14 passenger van and was able to make it with no problem ( if you know how to drive in Mexico you can make it down the dirt road) The small neighborhood was also welcoming with a small store that made it very convenient not to go all the way to town, they have drinks, snacks and ice. We also elected to have assistance with breakfast and dinner to truly enjoy our time here. depending on the month you visit its Houston humid. We were comfortable for a few days with our air conditioner but he made it easy to have access once we wanted it. Plenty of dishes/cookware, cups cutlery, towels. This was an amazing option for our family to stay together and have quality time. We also got a great recommendation for a boat tour and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return.

We had another absolutely wonderful stay at Sara’s place. The house was spotless when we arrived, just like last time, and check-in was incredibly easy. The living area is super comfortable and perfect for relaxing, and the pool was such a great bonus—perfect for unwinding in the afternoons. The space is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up. Sara is a fantastic host, and we’re happy to leave a perfect 5-star review. She is so on top of it. The one time we needed something, she replied almost immediately, which is unexpected and so much appreciated. We’d definitely love to stay again in the future!

Great spot for the 8 of us to enjoy a girls long weekend, lots of bathrooms, room to spread out, perfect pool temperature. The location was full of interesting restaurants from tacos (Machuk2, Arturo) to wonderful ceviche (Tuna Azul). Host was flexible, friendly and responsive.

Enjoyed our stay, felt right at home. Beautiful home! Host very attentive and responded in a timely manner. Would recommend, definitely would book again.

Our family of 8, which includes 9 and 14 year olds, 4 adult children and my retired husband and I just spent the most fabulous week at Gabriel’s condo. It is hard to put into words how much we loved the condo and the complex, including the massive swimming pools and fabulous restaurant! The condo itself was meticulously clean, huge and well stocked. Gabriel was a perfect host from the booking to our departure. He always got back to us very fast if we had any questions. He left us a beautiful, large bowl of fruit, and we used his delivery service in order to have food there right away. We had the most incredible view we have ever had from a hotel! We spent a lot of time on the deck just looking at everything. We played many family games on the deck, watched parasailers take off and land right on the beach in front of us, and we were in awe of the very unusual and pterodactyl looking birds called Magnificent Frigatebirds. We loved staying here and hope to go back! More than 10/10!
