Beautiful 1 bedroom 2 full bath apartment in the new Pavilion luxury building, located in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. 4th floor with a sunny balcony and living room. You are in the heart of the Romantic Zone with its restaurants, galleries, bars, and music places. Whether you want to go to the beach, the Malecon, or one of the many cafes, it is all within walking distance. Ideal for 2-4 people. Includes parking (which is hard to get here!) in case you have a car to explore the area.

Unit has wifi and smart tv (no cable yet), washer, dryer and full kitchen. There is a balcony facing an interior courtyard. On weekend nights there is some noise from a club behind the building, the unit is on third floor but you do get some noise, there is limited natural light as it faces an interior courtyard.

An infinity pool extends invitingly towards the horizon, offering sweeping views of the ocean bay and distant mountains. Lounge chairs are arranged along the pool's edge, with tropical landscaping visible in the background. The rooftop area presents a serene space for relaxation.
