If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

In a small village, single-storey house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large living room with kitchen and living room, large private garden. Possibility to park the car in this garden. We will be pleased to welcome you to this unique and quiet place, located at the foot of the ramparts, a stone's throw from the city center and with access to all amenities, in the heart of the tourist district. Recently restored and equipped with all amenities, also a jacuzzi, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation with stunning views of the Medieval City of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 4 people. Reservation is possible for 2 or more people.

The Cottage

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a true haven of peace. This charming old building, recently renovated, promises you an unforgettable cocooning moment. You will stay in the 30 m² cottage that is on our property away from our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

Be amazed by the Montagne Noire, rich in little-known Cathar history. Treat yourself to a break.
