Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Suite récemment rénovée dans notre habitation avec accès à notre piscine et terrasse privée. Pièce climatisée, wifi, TV connectée avec accès canal +. Parking privé. Accès autonome. La chambre est privée et nous partageons l'accès à piscine hors sol. Environnement très calme, à proximité de la ferme sainte Hugues et à 7 km du centre d'Avignon. Idéalement situé pour visiter la Provence (Mont Ventoux, luberon), à 80 km des saintes maries de la mer, 20 mn du pont du Gard et 30 mn de Nîmes.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
