We can’t wait to come back here. We were four couples, two young children. The house and facilities gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. It’s a great space with plenty to do.

The cottage has a gorgeous view - such a treat to wake up to it every morning. Really spacious and ideal for a couple. Short drive away from some amazing beaches. Thank you, Kathy!

This was the perfect base for while I was working up Kerikeri ways. And this time with a young puppy in tow it was just an awesome place to stay - he in particular loved the kunekunes, which actually were better at "sit" than he was! I think the cottage was just perfect for what i was after - having things like oil, salt, pepper and tea & coffee were an awesome touch, as well as the oranges! Made all the difference for someone who was looking for a home away from home. I will be back and highly recommend. The cottage has everything one would need and would make a great base for travelers and workers alike. Wifi was really fast and during rain days I managed to get a lot of laptop work done too!

This is a lovely modern house with, unusually for NZ, a pool. The house is spacious and comfortable. It's a 10 minute walk to the beech. There are no restaurants in Coopers Beech but Manganoui is a 10 minute drive. We would have no difficulty in recommending this property.

Beautifully renovated home with gorgeous view. Just a few steps to the expansive beach. We stayed 2 weeks and didn't want to leave. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything you need. Jonette is an exceptional host. We cannot wait to return.

We could not recommend Katharine’s place enough! It is one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. We were absolutely stunned by the breathtaking views of Matauri Bay - that you can see from nearly every angle of the home. The home is beautifully furnished inside and out and has everything you need and more. The peace, quiet and privacy of the home make it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the ease of access to the beach and the well thought out features of the home such as the outdoor shower. Katharine was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent! Just book it you will not be disappointed. Clean, well supplied with starting essentials, you can really relax. Quality throughout. Brilliant communication and support on hand. I went during a storm and they even have a generator, if needed.

Simply a spectacular setting and a very cosy, tidy, clean and well equipped bach. Very responsive and friendly owners too, so nothing to complain at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful house in a stunning location. It was nice opening up all the doors in the morning with the sun beaming in. The kitchen was well-equipped - and it’s only a few minutes drive to local eateries. A perfect getaway :)

We felt very privileged to have had the opportunity to experience such beauty the peacefulness of the greenery the mountains, and the view from the outside deck ,beautifully set up so well thought out , from the furniture to the spa, that we had the opportunity to see the sunset from,so super special , the photos wow! exceptional, memories for a lifetime. We loved the accomodation it was very welcoming, a well equipped kitchen that we used every night, as it inspired me to cook recipes I had not for years. Wendy thank you for being the perfect host, responsive at all times and very helpful, we really did appreciate your hospitality. The home was beautiful and spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, spacious front lawn and the home has all you need to have an enjoyable time! I also want to mention Diane is a lovely host, definitely recommend!

Anny is a fantastic host and has set the bar high for any other Airbnb we will stay at from now on! We were very lucky to find The Shed House and book it at the discounted price. The Shed House is beautiful and clean - looks exactly like the photos Anny has provided. The Shed House is well insulated, warm and has great windows and doors that open all around the home. Absolutely love how organised Anny is as a Host, everything and more is provided. There is a very helpful information booklet provided and sooo many extras that Anny has available to use. We ended up having two sick kids during our stay and Anny was so responsive and helpful. Even though we had sick kids and the weather was a bit wet, we loved our stay at The Shed House.

We had a great experience at this venue! Initially, I was a bit hesitant about its proximity to the road, but it turned out to be surprisingly private. The modern setup was fantastic, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Jon was excellent to communicate with, he knew exactly when to check in and when to give us space. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stylish yet peaceful getaway!
