Gemütliches und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtetes Appartement in altem Fachwerkhaus. Separater Eingang, sonnige Terrasse.. hier "stören" nur die Vögel. Das Anwesen liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse inmitten von Wald und Wiesen. Ideal für Wanderer und Biker, los gehts direkt vor der Tür. Im großen Garten hinter dem Haus könnt ihr nach Lust und Laune in der Sonne liegen, unter dem Walnussbaum gemütlich sitzen, die Sauna nutzen (10,- für Nebenkosten ) oder den Tag am Lagerfeuer ausklingen lassen!

Den Bahnhof mit Verbindungen nach Köln und Bonn erreichst Du zu Fuß in ca. 5 min.

In the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, the accommodation is about 60 m², has its own entrance, plus about 15 m² south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can sometimes get into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

Hiking trails, forests and dams offer wonderful views and excursion destinations. Bonn/Cologne 32 km; shops 7 km Important: Absolutely no smoking; pets are not allowed due to animal allergies. For bookings longer than 7 days, weekly interim cleaning of the apartment will be carried out at a price of €30.
