The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. Located in semi rural area near University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. 7 miles from Washington State University. Great views of the Palouse; easy access to town and schools. Comfortable studio just steps from the University of Idaho campus on the south side of Moscow. Ideal for visiting parents, sports fans, conference guests, or college scouts. The Upper Room is a private studio with its own entrance on the same property as our Palouse View Villa. It includes a mostly full kitchen (no dishwasher), a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.
