it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

We enjoyed our stay here. The information on how to get there was easy to follow. The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and tidy, the garden was nice. Off-road parking was a big help. The location is very quiet and peaceful. When we had difficulties getting the TV to work, Avo was very helpful.

We had a great time. The description of the accommodation and amenities is perfectly in line with reality. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. The place is very nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. It feels like home. Jean Luc is a very friendly, caring and accommodating host. We recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed.

I was there with my children and we had a very nice stay. The apartment is superbly located, quiet but you can quickly reach the center of the city. You have everything you need and the communication was always uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

We only spent two nights there, but we really enjoyed it. The host was very welcoming, polite and quickly helped us out following a system error regarding the number of people. Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!
