It offers beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, one bedroom with king size bed and other with two separate beds., a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dinding table. It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

Zu Fuß kann man an den Strand (das Meer genießen), Restaurants oder Bars besuchen sowie Einkäufe erledigen. 2023 haben wir die Wohnungen mit Liebe zum Detail neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben darauf geachtet moderne & traditionelle Elemente zu verwenden um der typischen Inselarchitektur treu zu bleiben aber dennoch neue Technik einfließen zu lassen. Die Wohnungen sind voll klimatisiert & werden durch Klimadecken beheizt und gekühlt.

This is one bedroom apartment situated in Punat town, on the 2nd floor of a family house with a sea view from the balcony. One double bedroom with an exit to the balcony, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dinning and living area all in one. Extra bed for a third person is on the couch in the bedroom. On the ground floor there is a common grill area available. Parking place is in the yard. Well equipped kitchen, WiFi and air conditioning available. One pet is welcome, subject to extra charge.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Next to the kitchen there's a smaller bathroom with shower. We provide you free private parking in the yard below of the house. House is situated in quiet neighborhood. Distance from center is 300 meters, and from the first beach 900 meters. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
