I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it feel just like home. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt—they were always available to help with any questions. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and a peaceful neighborhood vibe. One of the best parts was the variety of great restaurants just a short walk away, offering everything from local cuisine to international options. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’d love to return someday!

Had a wonderful stay at Mr. Sharad’s location. He was a really friendly and generous host, going out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The price is economical and is apt for a single person stay with just the right amount of amenities. Mr. Sharad also courteously agreed to cater for my brother’s impromptu stay for a night at the room and also promptly mailed few items which we had left behind by mistake. The highlight of my stay was definitely the warmth with which Mr Sharad had welcomed me and helped me to navigate Pune city as a first time visitor.

10/10 would stay here again. I booked this at the last minute and I'm glad I found Silvester's place. It's peaceful, private, and a great place to relax. The house itself is well maintained. Although I didn't use it, the kitchen and pantry are well stocked. I would definitely stay at Silvester's place again. He was really friendly and helpful.
