Riceverete un contratto di affitto che dovrà essere firmato e restituito alla struttura prima dell'arrivo. Nel caso in cui non riceveste il contratto in tempo, dovrete contattare l'agenzia. La tassa di soggiorno non è inclusa nel prezzo, è da pagare al check-in (5 euro al giorno per persona).

The semi-detached villa (renovated in 2019/2020) is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden with typical mediterranean vegetation offering various areas for relaxing in the open. It lies 23km south of the Olbia Airport.

The house is particularly convenient for direct access to the beach of Porto Taverna. The road that gives access to the house is away from traffic. Sheets and towels can be rented at a cost of 25€ per person per stay. This option must be requested at least one week before your arrival and paid in cash upon check-in. Check-in is possible after 7 pm, subject to agreement and payment of a small extra (late check-in).
