Everything was perfect . We enjoyed the property and especially the pool . Hope to be back next year

Yet another wonderful vacation in La Zenia, where this time we were lucky enough to meet the owner, Katalin and partner-lovely couple, appartment was spacious, well kept and clean, everything was there-like home from home, the balcony was over looking the well kept pool and gardens, everything was in walking distance Restaurants/pubs/food stores, not forgetting every saturday the local market, we had a fabulous time there and wouldnt hesitate in booking there again-thank you Katalin

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et il y a tout a proximité. Accueil très chaleureux, rien à redire c’était parfait. Merci beaucoup !

Nydelig, ren og innholdsrik leilighet. God plass til 4 voksne og 2 tenåringer. Deilig med to bad. Fantastisk takterrasse med flere sittegrupper, og deilig frokost-terrasse utenfor kjøkkenet. Høy standard på hele leiligheten, leilighetskomplekset og alle fasiliteter inne i leiligheten. Supert med kaffimaskin og vaskemaskin. Rolig ved bassengområde. Gangavstand til bensinstasjon og dagligvarebutikk. Vi prøvde noen av restaurantene vi kunne gå til også. De var helt ok. 5 min med bil til kjøpesenteret La Zenia, så det ble en del turer dit også. Verten er veldig rask med å svare og alltid behjelpelig. Tusen takk for oss ❤️

El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos — impecable, bien equipado, ubicado en una zona tranquila con comercios cerca, y la piscina climatizada fue la cereza del pastel. La pasamos increíble.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

thank you for a fantastic stay. welcome wine was a lovely touch. the apartment was immaculate. bed was incredibly comfortable. I love that there is a floor heater. kitchen was fully-equipped. great location. walking distance to the supermarket, mall and beach. private parking. quiet and relaxing with 4 pools and several Jacuzzis to choose from. and a pool bar too. garden was well taken cared of. a few hiccups here and there but staff were very polite, responsive and apologetic. would definitely come back. I already recommended the apartment to my friends and associates planning to visit orihuela this year. it was a true home away from home.

Herman’s accommodation was outstanding! We would definitely stay here again. Herman was a fantastic, attentive host and was very helpful.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lary is a wonderful and welcoming host very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, even the little details were thoughtfully taken care of. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Pobyt w tym miejscu był świetny! Blisko do plaży, deptaków i promenad nadmorskich, dookoła dużo lokali, sklep pod samym blokiem. Samo mieszkanie bardzo czyste, dokładnie takie, jak na zdjęciach, duży taras, na którym spędzałyśmy większość czasu (ogromny plus za markizę osłaniającą przed południowym słońcem!) Czwarte piętro (jest winda!), zapewniające dużo prywatności nawet na tak dużym tarasie Komunikacja z właścicielką również bez żadnych problemów, miła i sympatyczna osoba :) Połączenie z lotniskiem Alicante również bez zarzutu, szybki i sprawny dojazd, po czym krótki spacerek z przystanku do mieszkania Jeśli ktoś chce wypocząć nad morzem- śmiało polecam!

El apartamento de Pierre es una maravilla, grande, espacioso y con todas las comodidades para pasar una estancia muy agradable en familia. Cabe destacar la limpieza del apartamento y en especial también, la terraza con vistas al puerto y unos sillones donde disfrutar de ellas. La ubicación en todo el centro de Torrevieja hace que puedas disfrutar tanto de su oferta comercial como de sus playas. Además teníamos a nuestra disposición hamacas y todo para llevar a la playa. Pierre es muy amable y atento, nos dejó tb una plaza de parking para esos días por un precio muy conveniente. Repetiremos seguro, muchísimas gracias por todo!!

The hosts were incredibly kind and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with every detail taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better- everything important was within easy reach, including shops, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Fantastisk leilighet med privat hage. Nært hovedinngangen og oppvarmet basseng. Vi hørte lite til støy fra bassengområdet og ingen støy fra biler i det hele tatt selv om leiligheten er nært veien. Leiligheten hadde alle fasilitetene vi trengte og området er perfekt for småbarnsfamilier. Vi ønsker oss uten tvil tilbake 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. The position of the apartment gave a lovely view of the pool and gardens. We thought that the apartment was ideally located for the supermarket and the shopping centre is literally across the road. This caters to all needs, relaxation and retail therapy. A car is advisable if you wish to go farther afield. If I may make one small suggestion, the shower trays can be very slippery when in use, so maybe add shower mats to the bathrooms. All that being said we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future guests and also returning ourselves at some point in the future. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely stay at Terry’s Airbnb — the apartment was perfect for a short getaway with our 15-month-old. The terrace’s glass doors offered protection from wind and sun, and opened fully when we wanted more sunshine. The provided amenities were great, including a cot, high chair, and baby cutlery. A small bonus would be having some coffee for the machine. Although we experienced a national power outage during our stay, Terry was very helpful and kept us updated — it didn’t affect our experience. The complex itself is excellent, with three great pools. While the immediate area isn’t the most charming, we enjoyed driving to nearby coastal spots for cafes and beaches. A car is definitely recommended.

Vi hade 10 underbara dagar i lägenheten. Ett stenkast från lekplats, så perfekt för barnen. Rent och fint boende och Jurij var en toppen värd! Kan verkligen rekommendera både lägenhet och värd.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely apartment stocked with everything you need for your stay. Really close to Cabo Roig strip with lots of bars and restaurants within a short distance. Beach at back of property and great views of sea and area from the balcony. Host was kind enough to let us stay later to help with a late evening flight so 5 stars from us. Many thanks again
