The house has been completely renovated, it is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Floret and enjoys a beautiful location. On site, a restaurant. 3 minutes to local shops. 15 minutes from the city of Issoire. 20 minutes from Super-Besse, Murol, Saint-Nectaire, Lakes... 50 minutes from Vulcania, Puy-de-Dôme, Lemptégy Volcano. The furnished accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped, you will have a pleasant stay. When you leave the accommodation, I take care of the cleaning, I only ask that the kitchen be in order.

Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
