The "Sainte Victoire" suite is located on the third and top floor of Maison Arborescens. This large building where I paint, draw and where I also live is representative of the "Maisons de Maître" typical of Provençal villages. On the street side, a large porch welcomes you, on the plain side, a large garden with pool awaits you. To reach your suite perched under the roofs, you will take the central staircase with remarkable volumes and bathed in the sun of Provence.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Recent studio forming part of an old farmhouse, independent access, private terrace and direct access to the 3x9 pool which is open from April to October (unheated). It's shared with the owner only. The studio is fully equipped and offers an ideal geographical location for visiting our beautiful region. I am a wine merchant in Lourmarin "Les Caves du Château" and will be happy to introduce you to the regional wines!

VERY NICE STUDIO NEAR LOURMARIN

Independent studio in a quiet old property in the heart of the Luberon, 2 km from Lourmarin. Both close to shops but also lulled by cicadas. This studio includes a living room/bedroom, kitchenette and shower room, garden and 23 m pool in co-ownership (which means it is shared with other owners), open from May 15 and closed on September 30, 2025. The bedding was changed in mid-November 2024, the bed is a 140X190 with a bed base and a 22 cm mattress.
