We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was comfortable, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. What really stood out to us , was the host. They were incredibly helpful and proactive, sending clear and thoughtful messages and making sure we knew they were available at any time if we needed anything. It made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. We can’t wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay!

Περάσαμε πάρα πολύ όμορφα! Η κυρία Σοφία απαντούσε πάντα και ο χώρος της ήταν πεντακάθαρος! Θυμίζει το στυλ σαν σπίτι που κάποιος μένει και περνάει την καθημερινότητα του, γεγονός που μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε πολύ βολικά και άνετα! Εννοείται θα ξαναπάμε!

Alexandro's place was a delight to stay, his proactive explanations made everythig super easy and simple. Arriving at the place wasn't hard at all, and everything inside was clean. Will recomend with certainty, will for sure stay there again!!

we visited Thessaloniki in early May 2025 and we found this apartment for rent. we stayed 10 days and everything was perfect. the apartment is well fitted for a long stay and we found ourselves like home. we had a very good communication with the owner which helped us is every way he could. the location is good for visiting the country side and beach as well as visiting the city center. there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. thank you for everything.

The apartment is a cosy 1-bedroom apartment in a residential area of Kalamaria. The location is okay, is quite close to a supermarket and several cafes. The host Katerina has been very communicative and sent easy instructions for check in. The apartment is small but everything is there and is comfortable. It has a car park slot, which is helpful because at night street park might be harder. It also has a lift. Balcony is very usable. We rented it for about 12 days in 2 people and was very comfortable.

A simple apartment with everything you need. It's easy to walk to the bus stop or just walk around town. Not too noisy. A grocery store is right downstairs which is very convenient. I would recommend! It was clean and private for an affordable price in an affordable location. Just what I needed for my stay. I was comfortable and the area seemed to be very safe.

Danai showed us her apartment very accessible. The apartment is very large and accessible. There are all the necessary items for cooking, a good shower. The bedroom with air conditioning is a very necessary thing. which we needed after the good weather. I recommend 100%

Το χρειαζομασταν καθως ηταν πολυ κοντα στο ΔΑΚ Ευοσμου και λογω αγωνων μασ βόλεψε αψογα Η γειτονια τα εχει ολα και πολυ κοντα στην πλατεια (ευόσμου) για βόλτα χωρίς αμάξι

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.

Çok temiz bir ev ancak biraz küçük bizim ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Kapalı otoparkı olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Arabamızı otoparktan hiç çıkartmadan 15-20 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile sahile gidebildik. Güzergah üzerinde bir sürü mekan var. Ev sahibi herşeyi net ve doğru anlatarak bize çok yardımcı oldu. Tavsiye ederim.

Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον Δημήτρη ήταν όλα όπως έπρεπε πάρα πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα και ο Δημήτρης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και οτι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν δίπλα μας

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die große Terasse ist perfekt und es gab alles was wir gebraucht haben. Es war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung mit ihren kreativen Details hat uns gut gefallen. Vom Bahnhof aus auch schnell mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden wieder buchen! :)

We had a wonderful stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment on the 7th floor was very spacious, bright, and offered a beautiful view. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. The peaceful neighborhood made it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We truly enjoyed the comfort and the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 2 λεπτά από την έξοδο "Τούμπα-Τριανδρία" του περιφερειακού. Η περιοχή είναι πυκνοκατοικημένη μεν (Θεσσαλονίκη=μεγαλούπολη) αλλά όχι ασφυκτικά δε, σε σημείο που θυμίζει αρκετά "γειτονιά". Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο με καινούρια κουφώματα που κρατάνε έξω τον οποιοδήποτε θόρυβο ή τις κλιματικές συνθήκες. Προτιμήσαμε το συγκεκριμένο οίκημα λόγω των 2 ξεχωριστών υπνοδωματίων. Στα υπόλοιπα σου προσφέρουν καναπέ-κρεβάτι μπροστά στην τηλεόραση οπότε (στις οικογένειες με παιδιά) οι γονείς κοιμούνται στον καναπέ, πράγμα φυσικά που δεν συμβαίνει σε αυτό το σπίτι. Τα κρεβάτια κατά την γνώμη μου δεν θα βολέψουν ύψη άνω του 1,80 (όπως εγώ) μια και ένιωθα κάποιες φορές να ακουμπάω στο ξύλο. Όπως έχουν πει και οι προηγούμενοι, ναι έχει σκάλες ως τον 3ο όροφο. Το πάρκινγκ είναι λίγο πρόκληση αλλά γενικά βρίσκαμε θέση σε μικρή απόσταση χωρίς να ανέβουμε σε πεζοδρόμιο (υπόψιν κάθε Δευτέρα έχει λαϊκή σε διπλανό δρόμο). Το Internet "σερνόταν" παρά την οπτική ίνα μάλλον πρόβλημα της πόλης

Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Εξαιρετική επιλογή! Με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα ξανα παμε! Η Πολυξένη είναι πολύ ευγενική, φιλική και απαντάει αμέσως! Το σπίτι ηταν πεντακάθαρο!

A very nice apartment with lots of space and a nice terrace. Very good communication with Giannis. Everything worked perfectly. I definitely recommend it.

Our group of 5 people was very comfortable. The apartment has everything we needed, was clean, spacious, great location, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, good temperature, lovely balcony to sit and enjoy. We hope to come back!

Μικρό αλλά λειτουργικό διαμερισμα σε καλη τοποθεσία για όποιον ξέρει λίγο την πόλη. Συγκοινωνίες (μετρο κ λεωφορεία) πολύ κοντά, όπως και οτι μαγαζί μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Καλο ιντερνετ και εξαιρετική επικοινωνια με τον διαχειριστη. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη το γωνιακό μπαλκόνι. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησω για τα επαγγελματικά ταξίδια μου στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Οι παροχές και ο χώρος του διαμερίσματος είναι εξαιρετικές! Όμορφος χώρος , προσεγμένος και πεντακάθαρος. Ιδανική τοποθεσία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία σας! Θα το ξανά επιλέξουμε με κλειστά μάτια ☺️

Great apartment tucked away but in the center of kalamaria at the same time. Helpful host and comfortable furnishings. Definitely worth it.
