Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Bathroom, walk-in shower, toilet. BBQ on a garden terrace, all reserved exclusively for guests. Bedding is provided: Sheets, pillowcases and duvets. Towels, Towels. Shower gel. The apartment, with its beautiful adjoining and private terrace, is located in the heart of the old village, in a quiet area with its pedestrian streets. It is south-facing and air-conditioned. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find all amenities (town hall, post office, medical center, shops, restaurant). At about 800 m, you will discover, in their green setting, the 2 lakes of Saint Jean Pla de Corts (beach, swimming, water ski lift, tree climbing).

The Neoulous cottage consists of a large living room, dining room, equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with barbecue offering a view of the Albera. On the lower floor is a first bedroom (a double bed), a large bay window gives access to a second terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. On the same floor are the bathroom with bathtub and the toilet is separate. A large mezzanine has two single beds and a reading corner.

Perfect for two, the gite comprises a shower room, comfortable double bed, sitting area and kitchenette. Hiking routes can be found from the doorstep.
