Lovely studio with free parking on site

Pretty independent studio of 18m2 for 2 people (suitable for wheelchair), there is a sofa bed whose mattress is of very good quality. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-DUps is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d 'Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountain. Bed and bath linen are provided.

Amazing views of the bay of Banyuls, the 3* classified apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, on the 1st level of our main residence. Totally independent (we share the outside staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house and it is also possible to park motorbike/bike securely. Beach and village center less than 5'drive away, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.
