Above Lake Lucerne in sunny Seelisberg (Uri) lies this cozy apartment with fantastic views of the mountains, as well as the lake - a guarantee for relaxing hours. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022, with a dishwasher. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Tennis court and fitness/sauna can be used. Parking space no. 14 is included. My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided.
