James's Queen Anne guest house

Inspired by the show Tiny House Nation, I thought it would be fun to convert my small detached garage into my vision of a comfortable and modern living space with all the amenities. It's approx. 210 sq ft or 11 x 19 ft but has the feel of a much larger place . We are located in an amazing spot on the top of Queen Anne. Macrina's Bakery is just 100 ft along with the #2 Metro bus to take you downtown in just 10 minutes. We feel lucky to live in such a beautiful neighborhood!

The neighborhood is very walkable and the studio has an abundance of day light. Trader Joe's, Safeway, and many restaurants are within a five minute walk. One of the most breathtaking views of Seattle, Kerry Park, is a 10 minute walk. The cozy studio HVAC (heating & air conditioning) has its own unit and it is not shared with any other spaces.
