Excellent experience! Our stay at Rosita's place was simply perfect. From the first moment, we felt right at home. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, and even nicer in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The location is ideal - close to everything we needed, but quiet enough to rest. Also Rosita and her daughter were very attentive and kind, always willing to help us with any questions. The details did not go unnoticed: They welcomed us with some chocolates and bottle of wine (incredible). We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. It was a wonderful experience!

Excellent cabin with unrivaled views. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms with everything you need for family vacations. You have to climb a lot of stairs and the terrace is high, so be careful if they go with children. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

If you want to watch the sunset into the Pacific Ocean but don’t want to worry about a tsunami then look no further. The amazing thing is that one can also hear the waves breaking on the shore of charming Maitencillo. Marcela is a gold star hostess because she merits it - plains and simple/ full stop. You will be made to feel at home and every concern promptly attended to. She went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve an internet issue that was causing me some wee bit of grief. Then due to no fault of her own, when I needed a super late checkout it was granted with no questions asked. Five star - Gold star. Just book it before it is gone. P.S. The apartment is very cozy, ideal for resting and enjoying the relaxing views. Communication with the host was very smooth, he responded very quickly and was always attentive.

Extraordinary experience! The environment is wonderful, gardens, closed condominium, steps from the Hotel with restaurant, we really loved it. First floor, pristine garden! Very nice, we were very happy! Javier is always available, thank you Javier!!!! Recommended!!!!

The place: excellent location and wonderful view. I especially value that I have linen towels and bathing things like shampoo and soap, a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, availability of blankets and extra blankets. Loza, utensils and appliances, everything you need. It is as shown in the photographs. It is well decorated and cared for.

We visited Maitencillo with my sisters in the most serene and beautiful environment we could imagine. The apartment view was incredible, the access to the beach with an elevator and an incredible area for a long walk. Javier was the best host I experienced, he was welcoming and answered all my questions and suggested ideas for restaurants. The place is elegant, comfortable, beautiful, it made our family reunion an unforgettable experience. We visited during the month of June, which is the best time if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time.
