The third with 3 single beds without a view. All beds with high quality sheets, duvets, pillows, and mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Parking for 3 cars, steps from the beach. * With the possibility of renting an attached cabin for 4 people + bathroom.

Capacity for 8 people, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 parking lots, swimming pool with panoramic view with artificial beach, tennis court and gazebos. The apartment is facing surf schools, restaurants, and supermarkets. In January and February it is rented only for two weeks periods, water and gas are paid separately. It is only rented to families.

Beautiful and cozy fully equipped house for 8 people, in a small closed condominium and just 2 blocks from El Abanico beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, large and sunny terrace, patio with children's games, sunbathing rack, charcoal grill and parking. In addition, the condominium has a shared outdoor pool and a small garden with grass to enjoy the hot afternoons. Unbeatable location, close to beaches and leading supermarket.

It is located in a privileged and quiet sector, 10 minutes (300 meters approx.) walking to the beach and craft fairs, and 3 minutes by car from Tottus, Lider, Jumbo, pharmacies, etc. It has all the amenities; cable TV, grill, large parking with electric gate, very safe. It is rented only to families. Additional value per person 20,000 per day.
