We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Located in the village center, the Ermitage gîte welcomes you in a green setting where calm and tranquility reign. The accommodation is located in an old cellar adjoining our house. The entry is independent. There is a bakery, a bar-tobacconist, a florist (post office/vegetables), an inn restaurant, a caterer and a pizzeria. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset/hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides between the two seas.

The Workshop

Old workshop completely renovated and rehabilitated into a pleasant residential house where you can share a pleasant stay with family or friends with a capacity of 4 to 8 people and a suitable price. Located in the heart of the charming village of Quinsac, you will find many local shops and will be 16 km from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the ocean beaches and also close to renowned vineyards. Guests can enjoy many cultural and sporting activities.

The house includes a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a living/dining room with an extra bed (convertible sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool on sunny days. In order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties are forbidden. Maximum capacity is 4 people.
