Holiday rentals with a balcony in Rabac

Fabulous views, beautifully situated, very well provided in the kitchen, good bathrooms and lounge area. Very nice balcony. Quite surprised at how far from the main road we climbed to reach the property but well worth it. If you don’t climb a mountain, you don’t get the view!

Bellissimo appartamento con una vista mozzafiato sull isola di fronte, pulito e atrezzatto di tutto il necessario. A soli 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

The host was very very welcoming, offered coffee right away when we arrived, helped to park in the slightly tricky road to the home. The address given didn't' lead us directly to the place, we had to ask about that by phone to get precise instructions. The place has his very special charme, many rooms, equipped with everything you may need, and has an astonishing view over Rijeka, the sea, surrounding towns and islands. You will enjoy total peace from the balcony and terrace. The host was also very charming and provided us frosh products from their garden, and self cooked pastry. For communication we kept in touch in German, as we unfortunately don't speak Croatian yet. enjoy your stay!

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, czyste i zadbane. Widok na morze niesamowite. Jedyna rzecz, którą można by było poprawić to ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem.

Proprietari molto disponibili, ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare il check-in anticipato, la ragazza che ci ha accolti parlava bene inglese, perciò la comunicazione era ottima; la casa si trova in un complesso tranquillo, ben attrezzata con tutto ciò che possa servire, parcheggio interno disponibile ( molto utile dato che la zona non dispone di molti altri parcheggi)

Die Unterkunft ist neuwertig, sehr gepflegt und sauber, es gibt alles was man braucht, auch Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Liegen und Tischgruppe zum draußen sitzen ist auch da. Die Lage ist mitten in der Natur und manchmal bekommt man sogar Rehe zu sehen:). Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Zu den Stränden oder in die Stadt gelangt man gut mit dem Auto. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. :)

Motovun ist ein ganz bezauberndes Örtchen! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, zB Porec, Rovinj oder Pula. In der Näher der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner aber sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt, so dass man alles einkaufen kann was man braucht. Zusätzlich gibt es ganz tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein riesen Bonus der uns und unseren Kindern eine tolle Abwechslung und Abkühlung verschafft hat. Wir haben uns dank der netten Gastgeber sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We fell in love with this place. Our hosts were super helpful and kind. The house was spacious, well-prepared, clean and cozy. There's something new made around the house every year, which makes the place even more attractive than before. There's a brand-new toilet and grill at the pool area. If we decide to come back to Istria region of Croatia, we definitely will make our stay here.

The little cottage is small and very cosy! A lot of parts are kept in its original beauty but of course renovated. Because of its originality it’s very little isolated which meant that it was rather cold inside (especially the floor). Which in summer is probably a major advantage. End of September not so much (colder weather as usual). Absolutely stunning is the incredibly big garden, with a huge pool, ponds, vegetable garden, many seating areas, it’s a place for the kids to run and play, a little kids playground. A paradise for birds, a place of tranquility. The garden is made with lots of love and cared for. The only minor drawback for us was the very punctual (but also very kind) cleaning lady that nocked on our door at the exact checkout time, 10am. We can still absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone but especially for families with small kids.

Schönes Haus mit super Lage und Features wie zB Grilllounge oder den Terrassen. Aussicht ist grandios (aber keine direkte Sonne mehr ab dem späten Nachmittag). Die Wohnungen sind in einem super Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Werner, der Gastgeber, ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps parat bezüglich Restaurants usw. Ein paar Punkte, speziell bei großen Gruppen: Das Haus steht sehr nah an einheimischen Nachbarn und somit gibts schnell mal Probleme (v.a. Lautstärke). Natürlich absolut nachvollziehbar, dass die Nachbarn auch ihre Ruhe wollen besonders wenn stets größere Gruppen da sind aber dies sollte in der Beschreibung konkret stehen. Leider auch keinerlei Beleuchtung auf den Terrassen oder den Outdoorbereichen. Auch noch zu erwähnen ist, dass der Werner fast jeden Morgen vorbei kommt und sich um die Pflanzen /den Pool kümmert, wenn man das als Mieter nicht übernimmt. Hat uns nicht gestört aber manche empfinden das vielleicht als unangenehm. Fazit: schönes Anwesen für ruhige Urlauber

È stata un'esperienza unica e incredibile. Siamo stati in Villa Kalina 1 settimana, è stato tutto perfetto! Dal vivo ancora più bella delle foto. Curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e a livello di servizi che offre l'alloggio non manca assolutamente nulla. Posizione super ottima e strategica, l'abbiamo soprannominata la "Villa dei 5 minuti" perché dista a 5 minuti dal centro, dalla spiaggia, dai supermercati, ecc.. in parallelo come Host c'è stata Sara che è stata molto disponibile e flessibile per tutte le info a qualsiasi ora. È sicuramente un Host da 5 stelle, insieme ai suoi genitori che sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali! Sicuramente ci torneremo per un'altra settimana di relax, penso che sia il miglior alloggio in assoluto da quando utilizzo Airbnb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Haus war sehr schön und viel besser ausgestattet als angegebene war alles da, vor allem in der Küche fehlte es an nichts (3 Kaffeemaschinen). Alles war sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Aleksandra hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit lokalen Tipps versorgt und immer wieder nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Garten war für 2 Kinder und den Hund auch perfekt
