Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung ist ca. 100qm groß. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen am Stadtrand von Wesel, Ortsteil Fusternberg. Alle Räume sind gefliest, die Rollos elektrisch. Jeweils ein Fenster in jedem Raum verfügt über einen Insektenschutz. Fußweg z. Bahnhof ca. 5, in die Stadt ca. 10, zum Dom ca. 20 Minuten. Da die Wohnung in einer Sackgasse liegt, ist sie trotz ihrer zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Bitte die Hausregeln beachten. Für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet.

It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

A fire bowl, wood and ingredients for stick bread are available. Neighborhood are great farm shops with local products.
