Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. Neevia's property is well furnished, functional, well located, and well insulated from the general chaos of Bombay. What stood out to me was how comfortable the mattresses were and how easy it was to create the blackout environment crucial for good sleep. The solid air conditioners helped in this regard as well. The place was extremely clean and tidy when we entered and Neevia had generously stocked the kitchen with some essentials. Plenty of cookware and serveware too. As a host, Neevia was professional and prompt to respond. I would love to stay here when I visit the city again.

We stayed here for about two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, cozy, and felt just like home—very comfortable for a longer stay. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The host was extremely prompt, reliable, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—even arranging an extra chair and table since both of us were working remotely. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and will definitely stay here again soon!

Sunil as a host was very crisp and clear in his communications. It’s always better to set clear expectations on what one is supposed to get & about what is ok or not ok. I was travelling with my Labrador retriever and we did discuss the do’s and dont’s before we mutually agreed to go ahead with the booking. No confusions. Simply appreciated. Though the check-in was quite delayed due to travel conditions and I was able to reach only by 11.00 pm the caretaker for the property Mr. Prashant was there to greet and help us when we arrived. Kitchen is well equipped, no worries at all. Surprisingly a large tv set which u usually find in hotels. Plus point was it had few OTT apps installed with running accounts which is rare. I did have to run my own Netflix account. The locality is close to one of the busiest places around, however the house is situated in a very serene location with very low traffic flow. Very close to a park. Overall a very nice place. Cheers!

Pankaj had been very responsive throughout our tenure, always picked up my phone if we were having any issues while in his flat. The location was aptly described and easy to find without any issues.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect with plenty of good food options nearby, and ordering from Zomato or Instamart was super easy and quick. The highlight of the property is definitely the open terrace which has such a great vibe, perfect for relaxing or spending quiet time. ❤️ The host, Parajsi, was absolutely wonderful. This was the perfect place for the trip id planned. It’s a cosy apartment right off the expressway, so I didn’t need to get into Pune traffic. The society has great amenities and is located in a rather picturesque setting. As does the apartment itself - well maintained, clean and hygienic, and with all the creature comforts that one can expect. It did help that the host, Aruna was super responsive and helpful at every juncture. Overall I’d strongly recommend the place.

clean and peaceful home

If you're looking for a calm and peaceful weekend in Karjat, this place is perfect. It’s super pocket-friendly and has everything you need to relax. The view of the sunrise with Kothaligad peak in the background was just stunning. At night, sitting on the balcony under the stars was incredibly peaceful. The food was great too, Mandar has kept menus from good local restaurants like Mauli and Bombay Baithak. Just make sure to order 1–2 hours in advance, and you’re sorted. But what really stood out was Mandar himself. Even though he was in Ladakh with almost no connectivity, he still made sure we weren’t facing any issues. That level of care says a lot - he’s definitely a true Superhost. Would love to visit again, especially in the monsoon. Highly recommend!

Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.
