I had visited with my family of 4 including myself. We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the property . The cleanliness is nothing short of "spick and span". Special shoutout to Preeti for her amazing hospitality.

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

Beautiful and very well designed space . Has all the amenities one can need. Area around has lots of cafes and heritage architecture . Nestled beside community homes for local population.

A very well maintained lavish villa with a swimming pool. Property owner was proactive in response. Check in was smooth. Caretaker Rinku is prompt, always available and very helpful. The place is value for money. I look forward to my revisit here. a definite recommend for group of friends, families!

Beautiful villa, The Infinity Pool by the mountains and the jacuzzi was stunning, We enjoyed chilling at the deck area , The wooden villa has luxury interiors, Loved the food and the caretakers service, Responsive host too, Thank you for hosting us. We stayed at this BnB for 2 nights and had a wonderful time, especially our two dogs, who absolutely loved the spacious lawn area. The home is inside a gated society, which felt safe, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway. The private pool was great for relaxing afternoons (though not big enough to swim), while the clubhouse pool was clean and perfect for a proper swim. The host also had a cycle available, and it was fun riding around the society’s quiet lanes. One of the highlights was a short hike we took to a nearby river with our dog, it was a lovely experience and made the trip even more memorable. The caretaker, Shailesh, was excellent. His service was prompt, and the food he prepared was delicious and homely. The portion sizes were a bit small, but the pricing is reasonable, so we simply ordered a bit more. Overall, we had a really enjoyable and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and we’d love to visit again!

Place was amazing and Abbas is a super responsive host. His caretakers Gangaram and Geeta were welcoming and made us feel like home.

I've stayed at Weekend Fables properties before, so when my friends and I were looking for a villa near Mumbai, I immediately chose this villa. Once again, Weekend Fables exceeded my expectations with a well maintained clean villa, super trained staff and amazing food. We had an amazing time at this villa and would love to come back! PS. Outdoor pool overlooking the mountains is super awesome!

We stayed here for our office retreat, and the property exceeded all expectations. It was even better than the pictures the landscaping, the open spaces, and the overall vibe made it feel like a true escape from the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully done, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s a great space for groups comfortable, calm, and beautifully kept. The hosts were incredibly proactive and helpful throughout. They even took care of the food arrangements, which turned out to be excellent and made our experience seamless. Would highly recommend this place for team getaways or group stays. We left feeling rested, recharged, and really well taken care of.

We were quite impressed with this place. It is as it is described in the advertisement. Quite an artistic place. The interiors of the house are well thought through. There are interesting sculptures at different places in the house, which I thought must have been quite expensive , but later came to know were made by the owner herself. The interiors of the house (including the wall colours) are quite interesting. The house is very well kept - neat and clean by a care taker- who is quite nice and helpful. Breakfast was also nice. The owners were nice to talk to. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and were ready to help whenever we needed. A recommended place .

Overall, the place was fantastic and the view was absolutely amazing. We truly had a great time, and the caretaker was also very helpful. However, there was a minor issue with the electricity, it occasionally got disconnected due to the location and weather conditions (Rain).. I appreciate this experience and highly recommend future guests to visit this place. You’ll definitely enjoy it. i It’s absolutely worth it! And soon I'll be booking the Vila, once the host Install a Bluetooth Speaker or Home theater system. Great Host.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Brij Bungalow during our trip. The bungalow is extremely well maintained, and every detail reflects premium quality — from the Jaquar brand fittings to the fresh and classy interiors. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The ambiance is peaceful, and everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. A special mention to the owner uncle — he was very calm, courteous, and always ready to help whenever needed. The only minor downside was that the swimming pool is a bit small, but considering the overall experience, it didn’t affect our enjoyment much. Highly recommend Casa Brij for anyone looking for a premium and peaceful getaway!

If you want to be in the middle of nowhere — in a good way — this is the place. The house has a beautiful facade with exposed local stone and bricks. It is well lit and ventilated with a lot of glass — blurring the lines between the indoors and outdoors. In the morning when you wake up, you may have a WTF moment when you look at the view in front of you. We reached the place at night and yet it was relatively easy to find. Jio mobile service works fine. The house is equipped with all the basics, and the caretaker & the host Megha are proactive in ensuring you have everything you need before check-in. When we were there, it was pouring, and a stream nearby was flowing. At night, you will hear frogs singing their hearts out. It is a cosy place to spend the weekend away but not too far from the city. Be sure to take your books along, you'll find many corners to settle in. The place has been designed thoughtfully. Love how simple things come together to make it look pretty

Me & my family had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning villa nestled among the hills and tranquil waters of Mulshi Lake. The views were magical, the vibe peaceful, and the villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt like a private retreat. We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️
