The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Whether you want to go shopping, have a meal in the historic centre of this medieval town or take a walk on the riverbank of the meandering river Inn, this place is in the middle of it all. The “Altstadt,” where the apartment is located, is an easy bus ride from the train station, making everything accessible without a car.

The architect made optimal use of the hillside location to the east for the apartment located in the basement. In addition to stays for business reasons, the apartment is also suitable for holidays in the Chiemgau. Munich is easily accessible via the subway from Messestadt Ost (26 minutes to the subway).

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
