Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We stayed at this property with three technicians, and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The stay with Margarete was very pleasant. She is a kind and helpful host. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. Only a freezer compartment and some kitchen utensils (peeler, grater, scissors) were missing. Overall, however, it was super nice and absolutely recommended. :)

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole's, especially the fantastic location! The house is beautiful and exceptional. Ideal for ski holidays. Middle station within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Was there for a weekend with wife and dog. Everything is great! From the amenities to the service. Nicole and Klaus take great care of the well-being of their guests and we didn't lack anything. Excellent and super nice hosts. The location is great for relaxing, just because of the wellness area. Pool, sauna, garden and jacuzzi are very well maintained and clean. Perfect to treat yourself to a break and fully recharge the batteries. Will definitely be back.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can fully recommend.

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Our 5d4n stay was very fulfilling. First of all, the location of the property i.e. nestled in the Austrian Alps, is just ideal for our itinerary including our day trip to German alpine. Next, the property itself is a hidden gem, sitting on an elevated ground, overseeing the town below with mountains as the backdrop, and with cows lingering on the green fields makes the view spectacular. And the house is lovely and clean. Host warm hospitality makes our stay even better and we enjoy the conversation with him. He is the best host we have ever met so far. Me, my wife and our daughter truly have a wonderful time here. We hope to also experience a snowy winter here in the future.

The stay at Valentin's was great. The apartment matched the pictures and it had everything you could want. Valentin was a very nice host and greeted us personally upon arrival. We would come back anytime:)

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. Very nice accommodation with a very friendly host. It's at the end of a small and quiet street with magnificent views to the hills. Parking was next to the house and there is a nice garden just on the other side of the house where you can step from the bed room. Spacious and cozy apartment. We definitely recommend.

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Everything was as described when booking. The center of the village is within walking distance. When we return to Berchtesgaden, this place is our first choice. Highly recommend.
