Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT, there is €100 FINAL CLEANING and that the tourist tax of Euro 2.60 per adult. (children up to the age of 15 free) must be paid directly on site in cash. Cosy and quiet mountain flat

The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The flat has a bedroom (brand new beds and mattresses), bathroom, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. You have your own entrance and a carport parking space. As the flat is close to the wood, you can go for lovely walks in the forest nearby.

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Bernadette is very friendly, helpful and always responsive. We, 7 adults, 2 children and 1 Saint Bernard felt very comfortable in the apartment, well equipped and great views of the mountains still covered in May. Highly recommended.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

Wonderfull appartment! What surprised me was the vase of flowers and the basket of fruit that were ready for us! Nina is a very nice person and she always answered our messages. The communication was really good. I loved the large living room and the beautiful view. On arrival, cots and high chairs were ready for the babies.
