I had an absolutely magical time in this cottage! Stargazing, kayaking at high tide, lounging on the deck and reading - it’s perfect to wind down, enjoy nature and be offline for a few days. The interior is lovely and most everything you’d need in the kitchen and bath was provided. I felt very safe here and Smyth and her family are very kind people. Highly recommend coming here for an off-grid getaway!

Richard's place is a real gem in a very special location. Surrounded by bush in a beautiful bay with great hiking and so many birds. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!

You just have to read the reviews to see how truly incredible this place is. The location and views are stunning. The tent is cosy with all the amenities you could think of. Cathryn has really thought of everything and she was responsive with any queries we had, even with a last minute pizza order. She provided clear instructions which were easy to follow. We had all kinds of weather but all enjoyable. We enjoyed taking the kayak out on the perfectly calm bay, seeing wildlife. The hot tub, outdoor bath and rain head shower were divine. We loved being able to bring our dog who also enjoyed relaxing in the sun. We can’t wait to come back!

A very comfortable house, with such good vibes, welcoming from the off! A fabulous view to contemplate over a wine and dinner in the evenings. Communication with Rachel was easy before and during our stay. She was very accommodating. We recomment you tap into her wealth of knowledge regarding the local area.
