De flat is ook geschikt om in een rustige omgeving van 'thuisuit' te kunnen werken. De stijle buitentrap naar de flat en de trap in de woning zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet! Bakker, supermarkt, beenhouwer, restaurants en kroeg in de buurt. Welkom in Oelegem!

The property is located in a quiet area and yet only 20' drive to Antwerp and 12' to Lier. The hammock garden would like to let you rest and in windy or cold weather you can enjoy in the veranda. On one corner of the street starts Ranst forest with bicycle junction "77", on the other side is the supermarket at 300 meters.

The cottage in our garden has been renovated in a unique way with as many materials and furniture recovered as possible. The furniture changes regularly and is also for sale! It is an open space with separate bathroom and toilet. The sleeping area can be closed with a curtain.
