Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Ein Doppelkajak kann für 20 Franken pro Tag gemietet werden.

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, Kliniken Schmieder 5 min, Constance by car or train 15 min. 35 m² of space for you alone, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! By the way: It's also pleasantly cool here in the summer.

Sleeping in the straw on the Rollirain

Please read all the information carefully and view the photos so you can know what to expect. Please note the check in time from 3 pm-9 pm!! Attention!!! We are NOT connected to public transportation!!!! Nearest train station is 35 - 40 minutes away. Sleeping in the straw is a very rustic, simple place to stay. Not appropriate for children under 3 years. Our guests have a bathroom with shower/WC/washbasin at their disposal.

Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area. With beautiful views of the old castle park, you can enjoy a few quiet days by the lake. An indoor pool, sauna or table tennis room are also available in the house. Maybe see you soon?
