The property has a good and gentle sandy rock beach for swimming from the sauna, also for children. The beach is in the south-west direction. You can reach the same direction with your own sailboat. If you have your own motorboat, please let us know in advance (north pier). Otherwise, there is a boat transfer to the island. 1.5 h by car from Helsinki-Vantaa airport, close to the Hanko border, idyllic scenery. Own shoreline 500m. The place is suitable for fishing in own waters 5.2 ha. The island has a reverse osmosis device that makes seawater drinkable.

The apartment is located in a quiet place in the middle of nature, close to the sea. The spacious apartment has just been renovated and is well equipped. The large terrace offers opportunities for dining, lounging and relaxing. The terrace area features a barbecue, sun loungers, a sauna and a hot tub. The long planks from the terrace run through the forest to a rocky beach with a campfire, lean-tos, a pier and a rowing boat. In the yard, we have chickens and dogs, as well as a trampoline and yard games.

This seaside apartment is located in the heart of the small and idyllic town Ekenäs just an hour away from Helsinki. The sea, restaurants and bars and of course the beach is really just seconds away. The apartment is about 180m2 and divided into three floors, with four bedrooms. We do have a handicap-friendly elevator you can use if needed.
