The chalet is located at 750 m above sea level. M. above Schwyz, directly below the beautiful local mountain Mythen. It is a more than 200-year-old homeland protection house in its original condition with a lot of charm and Swiss history. High above the valley, you have magnificent views of the mountains and the valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place exudes calm and positive energy. Since there are no neighbors, you enjoy privacy and absolute peace and quiet. Perfect for unwinding and recharging.

Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
